Excellent service and no delays in processing once documents are sent in.
Originally I went to another service provider, WES. It was a cat and mouse game and "noreply messages all the time. After they shunted me around for 5 months, I cancelled the whole porcess with them and restared the whole process. I was advised to use IIE- no looking back. Excellent communication, excellent and speedy service and delivery. A bit pricy for us with the R/$ exchange, but it was worth every RAND I paid. Thank you IEE! no comparison between these two service providers. IEE is excellent by FAR!

The service was cheap and very fast. I received my evaluation in less than 3 days.
The process went very fast and smooth, however some instructions were not quite clear for me (I did not realize at first that uploading the certificates by myself are not enough and the university has to send them as well. The email I received a did not state it clearly and I only figured it out after researching the website). Other than that everything was great.

The IEE team followed up with my orders in a timely and professional manner. They were also very good at resolving and issue I had with a payment. I would definitely use them again as their team is polite and communicative.
My evaluation should have been emailed to me the day it was complete . I had to wait for the mail to arrive and I missed my interview . The report was emailed late. An email report helps when the mail if delayed , at least I have the report with me for any kind of interview.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the evaluation process I have been subjected to. Despite my numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, my evaluation remains incomplete. I have sent many emails and made countless phone calls, yet there appears to be no synergy among the various individuals I have interacted with. Consequently, the evaluation process has already dragged on for more than a month. Adding to my frustration, there was an error made on your end, and now you are attempting to charge me to correct it. This is wholly unacceptable. To make matters worse, during a phone conversation with Carl on Monday, I was assured that I would receive my evaluation by Tuesday morning. It is now [insert current day], and I have yet to receive any update. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Please provide me with the completed evaluation without further delays or additional charges. Sincerely,

Unfortunately I do not have good experience in work with your company. The chat system in your website is not work properly!. Moreover, contacting with your support team via Watsapp, and Instagram is very difficult. The support section are available rarely! For example, I have sent an email to your support team and request a my evaluation report via email but they do not answer to me... I have just received an automated email not other things. according to my profile I should receive the evaluation report just on 6th June because my case is completed on 6th June however, I have not received any email yet! and the support section does not answer at all! Unfortunately, I will not recommend any one to work with IEE company.

IEE has impressed me with swift efficiency and professionalism compared to the first evaluation agency I have initially used. The ironic thing is IEE has completed my transcript evaluation on time and I am still waiting for the evaluation report from the first evaluation agency… Thank you so much IEE as I was running out of time to apply for my college degree program and they delivered it on time, very responsive to my email and request, I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from W*S evaluation and use IEE to do the evaluation!
I was looking for an evaluation company that would give a speedy delivery of my result at a highly affordable rate yet with a highly professional touch and I found all these at MyIEE. Their customer friendly service is very commendable. Please, keep it up.
The evaluation process is quick and efficient, but IEE should maintain applicant records for more than 5 years. I had an evaluation done in 2017, and when I needed another one in 2024, my records were not in the system. I had to request transcripts from my university, which took a very long time.

I paid for the 3 days not guaranteed service and received the evaluation between 4-5 days. They were very helpful and communicated well via WhatsApp, which was very convenient and reassuring. Compared to the others they were also a bit cheaper so this strengthened the choice to go with IEE.

Honestly I highly recommend myIEE this evulation body is dam fast and good. Good representative already willing to help . I paid for express which was 3days but was done on the second day . Haaa let me give you a gist I already paid for Wes since February but this people refused to finish up because they were so slow the worst of it all was representatives telling me it not in their hands and can’t connect me to the source I should drop a message that they never reply to anyways thank you for being fast with my evulation
