CCSD required for Chinese university should be listed upfront, so that I won’t select urgent service.
Overpriced service that nickle and dimes for services. Asking for corrections is a charge. Even asking for a copy of a completed review is a charge and a delivery speed charge. I will never use this service again. Their competitor was far easier and copies of reports are free. My eval had my master degree credits assessed at 2.5 instead of 3.0. I had to repay their competitor which was cheaper than all their charges and faster.

IEE was so fast, I got my evaluation in like 3 days for no extra fee. I also forgot to order a copy to send to my institution so I had to order a copy after I got my evaluation and that was also fast. Took 2-3 days for my institution to recieve the copy.

Quick and Timely evaluation for my order, and my questions were being answered in a timely manner. Only complaint I have is the website gave me issues where the options were not chosen no matter how many times I clicked them, causing me to refresh quite a bit. Not sure if it is a personal laptop/internet or server issue but nevertheless, I recommend IEE.

At first I ordered a transcript from my university. In the process I asked to make an assessment of the high school transcript. I expected that they would send me an invoice and send me the high school transcript as quickly as possible. It turned out that I need to wait until we close the previous order, and then I can open the add-on. I lost a lot of time, opened a new order, after completing it. IEE two days ago informed that they finished evaluation of my High School transcript but I can not get a copy of this assessment by email, and through the site it does not work. Each time the site gives an error. Very uncomfortable to work with IEE.
