  • Official Document issued in a Sealed Envelope by the Consultoría Jurídica Internacional (CJI) or Bufete de Servicios Especializados (BES) This document must be legalized (including official signature and seal) by the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores and the Ministerio de Educación.  The sealed envelope can be submitted to IEE either by the applicant or directly by CJI or BES.
