| Degree, Diploma, or Provisional Certificate confirming eligibility for the degree or diploma | Original or University-Attested or HEC-Attested Copy in Sealed Envelope or Photocopy (both sides of the document) may be acceptable if the official transcript confirms the degree. | For incomplete programs, official transcripts/marksheets of all completed semesters will be accepted. |
| Statements of Marks for all examination attempts, or official Transcript (if relevant also submit Attempts Certificate): Must be issued by the university or autonomous college. The following documents are NOT acceptable: "College Record" or "College Transcript" from affiliated colleges, and “Consolidated Statements of Marks”.
