I can honestly say how much impressed I was with IEE, they are very fast and professional. Before placing my order, I had a few questions I needed clarified, and how surprised I was that the real person (not AI) spoke to me during weekend hours. After the order was created I was contacted by IEE agent (Bernadette Quejano) in the same day to confirm key points of my order. What I absolutely love about IEE is their transparency. Your team has been good.l However feel l was made to pay twice on my evaluation and your turn around for the amendment is taking longer and it now looks like a fresh application. I expected the amendment to be done immediately.
The IEE service is good, but it could be improved to be more user-friendly and efficient. Once a user creates an account on IEE, they should receive accurate information quickly. This way, users will have a clear understanding of the overall situation.

Poor communication deceptive timing expensive rate delayed delivery rude personnel with defensive baseless arguments whenever they the are wrong and or fail to meet deadline. Warrants a lawsuit
Overall very good. They do provide a fast turnaround, I received my evaluation letter less than 3 days after they had all the information. I am not giving 5 stars because it was not clear in their requirements that I had to provide the documentation in both English and the native language. And even if you knew about this, their websiste doesn't allow you to upload a pair of documents for the same item. The way around is to create a single PDF that has both the English and the native versions in the same file. They could have clarified this, I lost two days because of this issue.

I gave a paper for translation, which was not done well, and it mostly said it was not legible. If it is not legible, then why did you translate it? And I sent the master's degree along with the translation for equivalence, I was charged nearly $400, I don't think it was fair.

Very frustrating, because I get the answers always from different people, having to explain my point from zero every time(. My request for evaluation of 2 certificates was done only by half. I paid for 2 transcripts' course-to-course + GPA, and they provided only one. They included brief data of my school certificate into evaluation of my university diploma by no reason(. Then when I asked to go ahead with the school certificate separately as it was originally requested and paid, they ,demanded to pay extra to get its separate evaluation in the same order. So I paid them extra the same amount but 3 working days have passed and I still not getting my school certificate evaluation from them. It's an already eager to claim but have no idea to whom? When my order will be finally completed?!!! It's a mess, going on!

Decent company that allows a transcript to be sent to them by email and if you keep calling them regularly, they will get your stuff done relatively quickly. Btw, my old Uni is in Poland and of course, they don't speak English there but MyIEE Team was receptive to my input about cultural difference and I am happy that I chose them.
The service was efficient, clear and the results was favorable in my case, I was really satisfying to use their services. I recommend IEE for translate and credential evaluation. However, I consider that the price by translates is a little high.
