Hello. Ref. No: 1632321600 Almost everything is extremely excellent! I mean it! What I'm offended with is the following: My MSc transcripts from Norway: you only included the courses I took between 2000-2002. But what I expected was you include all the other courses I took until 2007. Why? Because my university has incorporated the results from 2003-2007 as part of that first MSc diploma I finalised in August 2002. Thats how I see it. So, I expected a GPA of about 3.05.... But I got 2.66. What made it worse for me is that you demand another 50 USD for reevaluation. I dont have money right now! I'm from Ethiopia, specifically from a war zone. Many problems. This is what made me angry! Siraj Seid Yesuf.

The evaluation can be done with a Diploma only, which is great for my case.

The evaluation was ok but they damaged my Ph.D. certificate, which is unacceptable. I will have to spend extra money to issue a new one and ship it internationally so it can arrive in the States.

I was very happy with their transcript services. I needed a transcript from India to be converted into a course-by-course evaluation and submitted to a US university. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was happy with their prompt communication and with the finaly delivery. I even got a discount from the landing page for the college i was applying to. I would recommend them to any student applying from India.

I'm glad I choose IEE because I made a mistake in applying for my transcript before paying for the evaluation and my transcript was sent earlier and I was asked to resend it. Translations incomplete, with gaps and innacurate workwas deliver in hard and soft copies.. There is still a ticket open but not resolved yet. Your team takes a lot of time to deliver incomplete and inaccurate work. Customer are paying . This is not a free service. I want an update on the ticket open. Is your organization really certified for this type of services?

They took $60 and rejected to evaluate my Ain Shams university certificate even after I told them that I have contact the university for a transcript for this certification specifically and they said that the topics are mentioned in the certificate itself with the total grade of graduation. They are not offering a separate report for this certification as it is considered a professional certification. Very very bad experience.

Your a reliable trusted organization, but the process is a bit bureaucratic which I understand you deal with sensitive issues i.e transcripts.I wish you may put "Frequent Asked Questions" in your website so a client can read and understand,and may reduce direct communicate to customer service desk.You may also publish a Standard Operating Procedures.
