I’ve had an extremely smooth and easy experience with IEE. They were very helpful and quick to respond. On top of that, my evaluation was ready way faster than I thought!

The service definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so worried to ship my degree as it’s extremely important document. The IEE team made excellent job of keeping me up to date with every processing status that I even didn’t have a chance to start worrying once IEE received my documents. Their customer service team responded 24/7, I’m happy with the result, quality of translation, speed and service level. Thanks to the team who is responsible for the return shipment, I appreciated that my documents were shipped securely, even thick cardboard was used to make sure the degree arrives properly. When I shipped my documents I put them in the folder and file, everything was returned to me even though I didn’t expect folder to be sent back. Great service, transparency, follow up and quality. Thanks a lot, entire IEE team!

I do not think you were able to properly evaluate my degree. It led to an inaccurate report and left me with no verification for my post secondary university. Waste of time and money for me.
Great service!! 100% recommend!! They were extremely responsive when I had questions and even emailed me to let me know when they received transcripts from my foreign university. I was transferring credits from a Canadian university, and They did an amazing job. Thanks to them I was able to transfer 42 credits!
I ordered Educational and Employment reports but when I received, I was surprised when I went through them that both are the same copy and paste except subject for evaluation type, only one line change in this two reports, I am looking for employment reports same as my friend received COURSE-BY-COURSE ANALYSIS, subject wise credit and total credit for my courses, I paid $ 387.11 for these reports

We used IEE to transfer my daughter's transcripts from Stockholm Sweden, to SCF in Bradenton, Florida. IEE accomplshed the evaluation and transfer via e-portal within a few days. Communication, non existent, asked for transcript to be sent by university when you had the original transcript in your possession, refused to elaborate or respond at all when queried. After months of calls and emails I finally got through to the cancellation email address, seems to be the only one that is staffed. Absolute joke of a service in my experience.
