The assessment presented is completely speculative, incomplete, and internally inconsistent. Its rationale fails to align with internationally accepted standards of credential evaluation and demonstrates a substandard, unreasonable approach that disregards global academic norms. By relying on narrow assumptions and an oversimplified interpretation of program duration—rather than evaluating the full academic structure, rigor, and learning outcomes—the report reveals itself to be professionally inadequate. Furthermore, the explanation reflects unskilled handling and an unprofessional line of reasoning, particularly in its attempt to equate a postgraduate MBA to an undergraduate bachelor’s degree solely on the basis of admission requirements. This logic is fundamentally flawed and contradicts both customary global academic practice and authoritative credential evaluation methodologies. As a result, the assessment cannot be considered credible, reliable, or aligned with recognized international academic standards.

I can highly recommend IEE for the academic equivalency of your documents. Although I have to pay extra for the expedited processing, I think it is all worth it. They completed the process within 2 days as they had promised. Additionally, they are much cheaper compared to other companies in processing similar services.

I am very much satisfied with the review process of International Education Evaluations. The are very fast and the cost is relatively cheap. The team is very responsive and are always eager to help. I highly recommend International Education Evaluations for your credential evaluation.
I have had a very poor experience so far. Your team informed me that they were unable to access the university website and rejected the evaluation on that basis, even though the website was functioning correctly. No alternative communication method was attempted until I escalated the issue myself. Overall, the service and processes in place are inadequate, with no backup communication channel to contact or verify information directly with the source universities. I also received incorrect information from customer service, with no clear resolution or escalation options available. This has caused unnecessary frustration, delays in the process, and potentially jeopardises the success of a customer’s application due to slow response and resolution times.
My experience was extremely bad. You don't deserve even one star, zero. I contacted them to have my academic credentials evaluated. I called them five times to make sure I did everything correctly. They gave me instructions on how to proceed and told me that, depending on the country where my credentials were issued, I had to send the original documents to their office. I asked them if the ones I had were sufficient, and they said yes. I confirmed this with them by phone before sending my documents, and they told me that my documents were fine. I sent them and paid all the fees they indicated to expedite my evaluation (the most expensive service). After my documents arrived, they responded that they could not continue my evaluation because my documents "were original but not official." This makes no sense because these are the only documents the university issues; they are registered by the university and registered by the registry and notary in my city. I told them that I couldn't get any other documents because they were the only ones the university provides and that if they didn't want to do my evaluation, they should return my money. Of the almost $1300 I paid, they only returned a little over $700; I lost $500 with them. They took $500 from me. They told me my documents were fine and then later said they weren't, and in that process, they took $500 from me. That's a scam. They should have told me: "Send the documents digitally for review, we'll charge you a small fee for that, and if they are to our liking, we'll do the evaluation, and then you pay the full fee." How a professional and fair office would act. But no, they charged me the full price without knowing if they were going to do the evaluation or not. In other words, they play to win no matter what, regardless of whether they can actually help. The customer doesn't seem to matter to them. After filing my complaint, they told me: "You signed the agreements." Of course, I signed them because it's one of the steps to continue on their website. That's the trap: you sign and pay without knowing if they will help you with what you hired them for. They offer no service guarantees. Not only that, when my documents were returned, my high school diploma was torn at the top. They damaged my diploma while handling it, and I still haven't received a coherent and responsible response from them. I contacted another evaluation company, and they reviewed my documents before conducting my evaluation. They confirmed that my documents were indeed in order and proceeded with the evaluation, and they have already validated my credentials. In other words, my documents weren't flawed as IEE claimed. I definitely do not recommend them for this service; there are several other companies that offer this service and are much more professional.

I highly recommend IEE for transcript evaluation. I chose the Guaranteed 3–5 business days option, and they completed it very quickly. The support team also responded to my questions promptly and was extremely helpful. I’m writing this review because I previously used another company (W~) and had a very frustrating experience; their system made it difficult to reach customer support, they ignored my requests, and even after I canceled, they still charged me a $50 fee. Compared to that, IEE was reliable, responsive, and much easier to work with. The best part was that my university could send documents directly by email instead of postal mail, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Overall, IEE is an excellent choice if you want a fast, reliable transcript service without the hassle of mailing documents. Thank you again for the great service!

Delivered on time. I had no issues with the target University so I'm really grateful and thank you very much for your service. I would however like for you to add a print option for the evaluation report. If it already exists, kindly make it more visible.
