I truly appreciated the prompt responsiveness of customer support, both by email and phone. My evaluation was delivered on schedule once all required documents were received. Although the price was slightly higher compared to other organizations offering the same service, overall, I would still recommend them.
Best site to do evaluation
The process was unclear and customer service was not helpful in following requests when reports were not received as expected. We eventually reached a resolution, but it took more time than necessary to achieve the level of service I expect.

Told me it would take 2 weeks. It has been almost 2 months but still have not received the right version of my translation and evaluation. I received a evaluation with mistakes in it and tried to call unfortunately they don't have a phone number to call you can only write emails. Because of promises which were broken and no good way of reaching the team I missed my deadline. Would never choose this company again!!!

Too expensive. Plus I paid for my review but I did not receive a review result copy. I have to pay another amount for you to send me a copy of my review. I am the owner of the document but I cannot get a copy of my own but I paid for it. My documents are all on the same language as we speak. You don't need an interpreter to understand. I don't know why you charge too much. This is rip off.
