IEE far exceeded my expectations. I needed a degree from South Africa assessed in order to apply for my NC teaching license. (Ncdpi rejected the assessment from the first company I used) IEE were incredible. I was so impressed with the service, the follow ups, and the information provided. They supported me every step of the process, making this a painless task. A professional and efficient company that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Every email was responded to immediately and they delivered as promised and kept me updated constantly. The first company I used cannot hold a candle to IEE. Very smooth process, great customer support
My experience with IEE has been mostly pleasant. The offer of a discounted rate was provided through the chat representative as well. The turnaround was also quick. It seems to be the quickest service around. However, the chat and customer service representatives don't seem to be native English speakers so there is some misunderstanding. One of my customer service responded with a remark which undermined my knowledge by mentioning how the company has been familiar and to avoid personal assumptions on my part. Even though, what I initially mentioned about Opencert and how they worked held true and it was the lack of information that complicated matters. A screenshot from the customer service gave me a better idea but it confirmed the lack of knowledge on OpenCert. In the future, it should be further clarified the preference on how Opencert needs to be shared instead of insisting like Opencert sends mail. Most local companies and schools are perfectly fine with receiving the coded file and it was how students received their Opencert.
The student not receiving any copy even by email, charging verification fee and not verifying and then not refunding the verification fee, delay in service. I am extremely disappointed.

Currently, I have not yet received my copy of the assessment, but the organization I had a copy emailed to reported that they were unable to download it. My request for support has so far been unanswered! As such I am deeply unsatisfied by the state of this service, considering I paid extra for a copy to me sent directly to the organization.
I had to spent a lot of time on chat with customer service due to bery outdated system of uploading documents via email. The whole idea of them being sent from the uni means that several other parties need to be involved, for no reason. The whole experience was annoying. I cant even look at the result because you want to charge me $20 for downloading a PDF… very bad experience and one of the most outdated IT processes Ive encountered. I had to start another order due to the website crashing on the original one. Customer service was helpful, but the overall experience was bad.

Thank you to International Education Evaluations for evaluating my college transcripts in the Philippines. They were quick, professional and have good customer service. They are easy to work with and hassle free. My GPA also increased by a bit, since classes I took in the PH didn't transfer here in the US which I didn't mind because I asked if they can find a way to increase my GPA given the parameters. In other words, they take they time to really evaluate your transcript to the given US curriculum. Thank you so much.

I am happy with the evaluation overall. However, in my evaluation there is a paragraph for 'Country Overview" and it describes Denmark. However, my degree is from Norway. I was only an exchange student in Denmark, so the "Country Overview" should have been about Norway.

Unclear expectations when needing new documents reviewed. Unable to provide new documents to graduate school as promised costing me additional money.
I paid 30000/- INR for their services. Despite repeated communication, I still did not get my copy on my email. I would be told that I would get in one hour or to check my spam but the result would be the same. I have given up on getting my order and will never recommend them to anyone.

The service definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so worried to ship my degree as it’s extremely important document. The IEE team made excellent job of keeping me up to date with every processing status that I even didn’t have a chance to start worrying once IEE received my documents. Their customer service team responded 24/7, I’m happy with the result, quality of translation, speed and service level. Thanks to the team who is responsible for the return shipment, I appreciated that my documents were shipped securely, even thick cardboard was used to make sure the degree arrives properly. When I shipped my documents I put them in the folder and file, everything was returned to me even though I didn’t expect folder to be sent back. Great service, transparency, follow up and quality.
