Everything went smooth
I am satisfied with the services but I would like to recommend that the type of proofs I had provided after my first submission were the authentic and approved by HEC Pakistan and also Attested and stamped by the Foreign office of Pakistan even then the MyIEE forced me to submit or ask the issuing university to send the documents from their official email address. It took me further more than a week because I had to travel back to the university location. Which was In an another province and all that. So my point is that if anyone provides documents along with authentic proves then you should not delay the process. The rest I am satisfied

I think the $20 charge for sending an email of my own evaluation was too much. It did not seem fair business but rather because we can like airline seating and I am assuming same is being done by other evaluation agency so I am not inclined to rate you any better than 3 stars.

I am not satisfied with the evaluation provided by IEE. I specifically requested that my education be evaluated above the Master's level, as I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. However, this request was not acknowledged or fulfilled in the final report. I expected a more thorough and responsive consideration of my academic background and the documentation I submitted.

My transcript evaluation was completed and sent to my school within TWO days of getting to IEE from International University. Happy to finally receive the evaluation. However, it was somewhat frustrating to have, at one point, 3-5 different people communicating with me about the same ticket. I had to tell each of them the same thing at different points in time, and had to confirm the receipt of items after receiving emails saying that my order would be cancelled. Can this process be more streamlined?

Absolutely flawless customer service from start (before even placing an order as I had questions) to finish (after they sent my evaluation to my school). One of the employees, Camille, was just absolutely amazing and helped me from my initial call, and then went back and forth with me on a long email chain as I had so many further questions to ask. She was knowledgeable, kind, and sososo helpful. The efficiency of which the evaluation was complete was insane. I think within 3-5 days I received a notification saying it was sent. I spoke to several employees previously sending my documents explaining my situation. The representative rejected my documents by just giving me a genwric answer, she said signatures were missing but my documents had signatures. Ahe couldn't give me a concrete answer. It was a total waste of time and money. I will make sure to tell my classmates to stay away from you

I ordered a copy of my transcript to the titled address. I literally chose as of all given options (cost of $50) indicated that to deliver the file in two days. However the document delivered in four days. Nevertheless, I talked with one of your officer during that period, she insisted that the delivery of the file is guaranteed in three days.
