The evaluation was ok but they damaged my Ph.D. certificate, which is unacceptable. I will have to spend extra money to issue a new one and ship it internationally so it can arrive in the States.

I was very happy with their transcript services. I needed a transcript from India to be converted into a course-by-course evaluation and submitted to a US university. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was happy with their prompt communication and with the finaly delivery. I even got a discount from the landing page for the college i was applying to. I would recommend them to any student applying from India.

Translations incomplete, with gaps and innacurate workwas deliver in hard and soft copies.. There is still a ticket open but not resolved yet. Your team takes a lot of time to deliver incomplete and inaccurate work. Customer are paying . This is not a free service. I want an update on the ticket open. Is your organization really certified for this type of services?

They took $60 and rejected to evaluate my Ain Shams university certificate even after I told them that I have contact the university for a transcript for this certification specifically and they said that the topics are mentioned in the certificate itself with the total grade of graduation. They are not offering a separate report for this certification as it is considered a professional certification. Very very bad experience.

Your a reliable trusted organization, but the process is a bit bureaucratic which I understand you deal with sensitive issues i.e transcripts.I wish you may put "Frequent Asked Questions" in your website so a client can read and understand,and may reduce direct communicate to customer service desk.You may also publish a Standard Operating Procedures.

It was my first experience with IEE for getting evaluations of my educational documents for US. Their system is so simple and user friendly. Staff and customer services are excellent. They respond to queries very quickly. I'd specifically appreciate their WhatsApp chat/corresponding service which is very effective, fast and user friendly. I needed a copy sent directly to my military recruiter and I added his email however there is a mailing copy coming. It’s delaying my recruitment process and being available online for my Air Force recruiter to print or download is not an option. This is very poor as far as access is concerned. Once I’m logged in with my credentials it should be available to print or download now my mail is backed up due to the Christmas holidays.smh.
