Inaccurate flat out wrong evaluation and i paid 300 dollars for it, and was upon completion asked to pay another 40 dollars so I would receive my original translations and diplomas back. Straight up ignored two of the documents I sent, saying they have "no educational value." I feel really scammed and won't be recommending this company to anybody I like. Furthermore the United States military will hear of how poorly you did and hopefully take you off their list of recommendations so you don't get more business from people trying to enlist.

It was a good evaluation for sure but it did canceled my order of a copy without I even touching a thing, so I needed to pay more than I should ti get the copy. Otherwise it was good!

Keep sending me back and forth after telling me they have everything to do my evaluation. Finally took me me like a month while I paid for emergency price. And despite of all of it they been asking me to pay in order to have a copy of my evaluation send to my home address. Sucks. Dessapointed
Hello, thank you for letting me to share my experience in working with IEE. It was the first time that I was doing this kind of work. Elizabeth Tyrie is an IEE employee that helped me to prepare all stuffs that I needed for my PhD degree evaluation. She did it great and guided me step by step. In addition, the translation office in IEE, did a great job for my original language documents. Anyway, I wanted to say thank for your kind help and considerations.
Since my evaluation was done, I am yet to get a copy. I am entitle to a copy?
I took up the services of IEE Inc. on the 29th of March, 2021. I didn't get my Evaluation Report until a month later. I wasn't happy but I was made to know that the delay in getting my documents across to them caused the prolonged period of Evaluation. However, I must commend the Customer Service Team, the Records & Documents Team and the Evaluation Team. They all were up to the task. I especially liked the fact that I could chat up the organization at any time and still get a prompt response from the Customer Service Team despite the difference in the time zone. I am currently in Nigeria. Many thanks to Zera, CJ, James, Ana etc. Another thing I like about IEE Inc is their willingness to give 'provisional evaluation' in this COVID-19 era. This made getting an Evaluation Report easier for me as I had searched the internet and found out that IEE was the only one offering this service compared to other Evaluation companies. Although, the Evaluation fees was on the high side for me, at the end of it all, I got great value for my money.!!!
Overall, evaluation was good and completed on time and customer service helpful. However I was pretty surprised that an electronic copy of the evaluation costs an additional $50. Seems like a superfluous cost.
I needed evaluation done for employment purpose .I placed the request to IEEE . The request was responded well in time and exactly what I requested for. Thanks so much for the quick service
They did my transcript evaluation and it was fine.But I had to order an `email`copy for that high price they waited to send it in 10 days? I am very dissapointed.I am glad I didnt order an actual `mail`copy or else it would take months I believe.

Service was very fast! I got my evaluation in about 3 weeks from the time I submitted my application. The only thing I noticed which was the reason I gave a 4 star is because they mentioned and wrote that I only took my degree in 4 years. I did my Bachelors Degree in Engineering for 5 yrs 1992-1997. Maybe it was just a typographical error or not. What’s important is that my diploma has the same equivalency here in the US. I recommend IEE to anyone who needs their education credentials evaluated.

Prompt reply and great attention in degree evaluation for my Ph.D. to verify that it is the equivalent to an advanced U.S. degree.
I tried speaking to an evaluator for answers to questions appertaining to my evaluation but was told that I could not, That was not satisfactory for me. I do not want to rate the service yet until I have spoken with someone about this issue. There are some questions that I would like answered. I was satisfied with the fact that I could speak with a life customer service representative when I called. The turnaround time was a little over the time that I was told it would take for the evaluation to take place/received, but it was not too long from the estimated date. I communicated with the company via telephone and email. The bulk of the communication was via telephone.

Very disappointed. Showed little knowledge of the New Zealand education system, or the American equivalencies. For a degree that is typically only offered at master's level in the U.S., IEE couldn't even affirm a 4-year degree equivalency do to the 3-year Bachelor's time-scale. This shows no regard for the higher level of STEM achieved in New Zealand high schools compared to the United States. New Zealand university entrance level STEM classes all assumed Calculus level from their High School graduate entrants. Despite hints in my order to the effect that my degree was in "Operations Research" (the U.S. label), the response stuck with "Management Science" (a U.K. label). That these terms are exact equivalents is easy to confirm beyond doubt, and an International Education Evaluation for the U.S. market should be able to make that translation. I could never recommend IEE for any New Zealand graduate looking to enter the U.S. market.

The process was simple, quick and the customer service was great. I had a query about my status of my order and the chat service on your web page was very helpful. The only suggestion I would give is add an other status or event history about when the evaluations was sent to the college. When I login and check my account it just shows as order complete. Doesn’t give details about when the evaluations was sent to college. Thank you for your service :)

I’ll recommend IEE to everyone for transcript evaluation. I got my transcript within a week even though evaluating my transcript was not easy work.
