I can't say that I am totally happy with the service. The documents submission and check process was very confusing. Also, I feel that your team members don't coordinate with each other before communicating with clients. And the emails that they sent had a lot of errors.

Great! The service is very satisfactory and timely. However, I think there should be some considerations for document verification. A lost of people in my region complain that they're being turned down and discourage due to unnecessary subjection of document verification which cost them more spending.
