Excellent evaluators. This is my second time using this service and they're the fastest and one of the best out there. I especially like that it is possible to evaluate files online without the need to send them physically. I know this is due to Covid-19, but I hope this service stays. It is way easier than having documents mailed.

I am very impressed with the quality of work and the response I got. I would rate it at 5 for quality and customer support. I received calls from their representative to make sure I had all my documents for submission and was patient and answered all my questions. This next part is purely to make it an even better service and I hope this feedback will help you. I noticed that once you upload soft copies of documents, you will not be able to see them again. This caused some confusion and I uploaded docs multiple times. Upon speaking with the representative I learned that once the uploaded documents are received they just remove them from the site (may be security purposes) but a message confirming the upload and saying something like "you will not be able to access/see your docs for security purposes" will really help. Except this small confusion the service was excellent and met the deadlines! Thank you :)

I received my original documents and was told that my evaluation was sent in the same package. However, I did not find the hard copy of my evaluation. I called the office twice and this situation is still not resolved. Not sure where or when I’ll get the copy of my evaluation.

Fast turnaround if you pay enough. Excellent professional report. Being a member of NACES was critical in my case and couldn't find a member who offered faster service. Purchased and had transcripts emailed from University Thursday evening, had report by Monday afternoon.

Not clear about the candidates requirements. Try to delay the evaluation by asking documents not listed initially after few days.
The service was good. However, I ordered the fast evaluation that should have been done within 5 business days but unfortunately it took them longer than 5 business days. The prices are compared to other evaluation companies way better.

a empresa não cumpriu o prazo contratado, (I didn`t like it) you broke the contract deadline. In spite of the fact, I was accepted at Regent University. Apesar do fato, eu fui aceito na Universidade. the work is of good quality, the only point that I didn't like was you were not trustable about that. (deadline to send the evaluations) . but You can redeem it, I have some questions to full fill my final form that I am in doubt about. I will transcript them: By July 1, admitted students must provide official, final transcripts (including degree-conferred status) from each post-secondary institution attended. This requirement is in addition to transcripts previously provided to Law Services, or other credential evaluations service. The following official transcripts from post-secondary institutions have been requested: School Name #1 and Date Requested: #2 and Date Requested. I don`t know if they are asking me to call my University here and ask them to send the files evaluations or only take the evaluations I have here in the date that I got them.
I won't try using them again.

The only thing I might suggest is making it possible for a person placing an oder to go back and review all the order information they have intered before they submit it. My computer entered added a middle name and I didn't notice it before I went to the next step

I initially asked for a provisional evaluation. However, I realized that I could have my transcripts evaluated officially. So, I contacted the support, changed my evaluation method and got my transcripts evaluated -- all at no hassle! I will definitely recommend this service.

I got my documents evaluated relatively quickly. The only thing I recommend you guys is to be more clear about how exactly the evaluations are delivered. I feel the person who pays for it deserves to have an emailed copy free of charge by default!

Good service. Improve telling the additional fees to customers. It catches by surprise at the moment of creating an account and selecting services. When customer service tells total for high school and university credentials mentions 230$, but at the end it costs 350$.
It was great doing business with IEE, I called someone answered promptly and customer service was great. However UPS update said my copy was delivered March 6,2021. I have not received my copy so I will have to get in touch with a representative from IEE on Monday.

I am very impressed by the service provided. I had selected 2 business day service for my education evaluation. Overall process was very smooth. My documents reached IEE on 10th Feb and by 20th Feb evaluations were electronically sent to the university just before deadline. I'm really glad I choose IEE. I'm satisfied by their customer service. My all queries were resolved on Email.

I am very happy and satisfied with IEE as they’re accepting scanned copies of documents. They’re the only one doing it. Due to the pandemic it’s so tough to get your originals from universities abroad. I was really having a tough time till I found them. They have good customer service as well. I recommend IEE for all the evaluations.
IEE helped me a lot. I had tried most of the evaluators and failed until Mr. Jiras referred me to IEE. I had issues with carrying out transactions due to the restrictions of credit cards in the country where i am apparently living, until i found IEE and they simplified everything. Do not trust this Evaluation center. 1) After ordering an evaluation while I was on the phone and the guy who I was speaking with asked me to put only university address , I realized I had to also .mention my home address to receive my original documents back which the guy on the phone told me only put university address, I called 3 times after ordering , they got my order number ID and all 3 people told me yes you will get it not university. But they ended up to send to the university and university thought it’s theirs and ruined my original document by stamping and separating apostil from it. 2) when I got my Evaluation I noticed it’s not correct, when I called I realized any practical with no hours that in my country was mentioned by weeks, they decided to put 0 credit. Instead of contacting me and ask me to require my university to give hours instead of weeks. Thanks God I’ve noticed and once I called iee and realized they count 0 for any unit was mentioned by weeks I was able to request from my university hours for those unit and order re evaluation, so I was to have gpa above 3. As a evaluation center, they must know the differences between giving an hours in other countries. Instead of requiring the matching information to evaluate they consider 2 weeks as 0 which had very wrong and bad effect. If it wasn’t me noticing This ,I couldn’t re evaluate and correct it and get the correct gpa. 3) I still didn’t receive my money back for postal service for posting my ruined documents from university to me that has been sent to the university by their lack of attention and disadvantages. 4) very irresponsible with email 5) I ordered also translation that they translate the stamps organization name which had already English version on it to wrong organization name. That was so funny and frustrating meanwhile cause that stamp had Armenian , Russian and English version and even didn’t need to be translated. And they answer was we did research. It’s like I see on documents FDA and instead of using that I do google search and find other meanings and organization and put FFA. Still , they are very irresponsible to returning the money. Answering emails. I wasted many hours in order to get email back from I believe manager named Baker. By calling millions time and talking to Red . Also , Red is good by requesting from manager but never follow up to see if I got the email, answer or money back which he promised he will. I never receive any phone call for follow up that every time they told me they will. Also, when I called they got number but didn’t return phone call. And once I called back they told me he left the office without returning the call. So irresponsible. Don’t waste your money and time with their service. Now I need to spend so much money to get to my country and get original diploma. Or send notarized documents to someone to get it for me which is not doable for me.

My first evaluation I received quickly. My second evaluation is from my High School, and I do have some reservation. Why do I need my CXC grades which has no bearing on my application for a degree? My attempt has been fruitless with CXC but I'm still trying. All courses done before 1997 will need for a search.
The employs are very caring in a way that shows they generally want to help you and the don't have any ulterior motives. They are straight to the point and very efficient. If you are an international student seeking for a quick, cheap, reliable evaluations site, IEE is certainly the best option.
