Excellent, Fast, Reliable. I was not expecting such awesome service but I was really suprised at how fast and thorough IEE is. Will definately reccomend to others, this is a real review from a real person BTW! I was upset because I had my transcripts evaluated at a company who claimed to be accredited for the purpose of joining the military and it turned out they were not. So the recruited suggested IEE and I was skeptical at first but less than a week I had my evals in hand and submitted to the Recruiter. IEE Is awesome!

Friendly staff but they give incorrect information. When I started the process in June 2020, I read the instructions on their site and also called in to verify some things. I was told one thing, and further down in the process realized what I did was incorrect (based on what their customer service told me). It added more time in the process and money spent during COVID. Also, I thought I would have received a copy of the Final Evaluation, which really was not any different from the Provisional Evaluation. Overall, I'm not impressed with their product or service.
I appreciate you guys getting my transcript evaluated as quickly as you could. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in my favor under the circumstances and cost me a lot of money which I don't think I can claim any of it.

Bad customer service
I did not get a copy of the review. I was told that the review copy has to be ordered seperately. I received a call and i old to get the transcript i need to pay $15 after which i got my original university transcript back but not review. I just think this should be mentioned very clearly that if we select a university as recipient then other copies are to be paid. I am not very happy about this.
I am very satisfied with the course by course evaluation. The costumer service support helped me throughout the process and answered any questions I had.

Dealing with International Education Evaluations, Inc. was a painless process. The online instructions were clear and concise and I was able to easily understand what documents were required of me. Being able to upload the documents, rather than having to mail the originals, was much more convenient. I was very happy to then received my evaluation very promptly after my submission. All in all, I was more than satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.

High-quality evaluation service. I contacted them a certain Friday and on Monday I got my provisional evaluation. Next Tuesday once they got the original, they provided me the official evaluation. I highly recommend their service if you really want your degree to be evaluated and valued.

I made a course by course evaluation with IEE. They made a mistake in the evaluation and it was a very painful process to be corrected. 5 days to answer a email for example, I don't think it is respectful.
