Worst ever service I have experienced, huge disappointment. they have not submitted in time and they have ruined my life. It is such a useless organization. They don't know how to manage their servers in the first place. such a disappointment. I asked for a refund and the employee replied like fukcoff.

I would like to know why after paying over $200 for my transcripts to be processed and shipped, that I have to pay additional $50 for an email copy? (This question isn't rhetorical, I would really like a justifiable answer) I'm simply trying to send them to my school district for verification purposes and IEE is requesting for me to pay $50 for an email. An email copy should come automatic. The service in itself was fine, a bit over prices if you asked me. The only reason I HAD to go with IEE is because my district requires I go with a company on the NACES list. I found a service that was cheaper, faster and they paid for the shipping for transcripts. They also provided automatic digital copies of transcripts.
May be I felt the time taken to evaluate was long. The service was good.

It is nice, but can speed up if only electric diplomas are needed but not physical copies. I uploaded electric diploma and it took 7 days before starting degree evaluation of my case. I guess it is a totally unnecessary delay.

People are very professional and the evaluation process is very smooth. I would reuse your service and recommend my friend. There are two main advantages: (1) Online customer service is the best. The customer service on the website is extremely useful. Whenever I have a question, I can ask and there would someone answer my question immediately. I also used WES before, but their response was extremely slow. I had a very bad experience when using WES. Prompt response is very important to me. (2) Price is reasonable. Compared also to WES, the price here is lower.
Highly efficient and timely mannered however the accounts and profiles are not updated accordingly, follow up is done via email which is good but being able to know what step your order reached through the profile would be helpful as well.

The only issue i am facing after my evaluation is that my applying university told me that with my course by course evaluation my evaluation agency should send them my copy of diploma with my evaluation document. But IEE did not send them and my online application portal of my applying university is incomplete. Can you please them now?

I would recommend this service institution to everyone who needs an international education evaluation to be done. There is always someone online to assist you and this eases your anxiety because of this online world that we live in. I have no complaints, it is just simply excellent service. The application process is so easy, I could not believe it and the officers are highly professional. My husband has used another institution and the application process was lengthy and difficult. The responses were via email and the officers were not friendly and professional. Well done IEE!!! I would work with this institution as well as use the services when needed again.

The evaluation is quick and also there are options that you can expedite the process for a good cost. Also, the evaluation is very thorough and explained on the summary very well. There are also options of revisions if necessary. There is also a chat that you can use if you have a quick question. I would very much recommend this for foreign students that wanted to evaluate their foreign diplomas and certifications.

Was quick and simple to get but there was a slip up that it was not emailed then when I called and got a check it wasnāt sent but they sent it right away when they realized it.
Great company, but there were mistakes during the evaluation.
There's nothing to review. The evaluations should be provided in the customer's account. I can not even view my application because the recipient I entered was the university I applied to thinking the I would be able to view the evaluation on myiee account. I think the option should be made available. It's not a must to pay additional $20 just to be able to view the evaluation as email. I hope you work on this! Thanks

Can you give the reason why I got 2.37? I searched in Google for 6.74 out of 10 I need to get 2.7 for 4 scale.

I am very happy with IEE. I had a very bad experience with another company that was trying to help me with evaluation. IEE was very helpful! Nice customer service, easy to apply, and amazing quality. Also it was fat and easy. I had a problem with the return label. So they sent it back in a perfect condition, even in the same envelope. It was sent by FedEx overnight. Very very happy with the service. Totally recommend.

I'm very glad for contracting with this company. Because I was in a rush, I ordered to evaluate my transcripts in 2 days, but they completed it in just one day. Even my school didn't have an official email, they were able to verify my transcripts asking me to send them directly to the company. I really really recommend this company.
