I am glad I used the services of IEE. I was worried the evaluation of my Russian diplomas would take forever but IEE completed it quickly. It was very convenient to have all the diplomas translated and evaluated at the same agency. The communication was a bit confusing since the emails kept coming not as direct responses to my questions but as separate emails from different specialists. Perhaps it would have been less confusing if the same person was responding to my questions. Overall, I recommend the service and happy with the result! Thank you!

IEE did a great job. They were able to evaluate my British MA quickly and were the only providers I could find who had procedures in place to verify certifications that had not been hard copy printed due to universities being closed during the pandemic. Excellent service.

I've been in a very stressful situation (COVID, Holiday season, etc.) and needed my evaluation done faster than usual. I very apricate all efforts IEE put to make it happened. All my requests have been satisfied in a very short time. Thank you for your understanding and help! The only suggestion I would make is to change your carrier for document delivery. USPS doesn't keep its promises, even if you paid for it.

I suggest to change the name of the company/website to sth that starts with “A”. Because if you look at the agencies that list companies like yours, they list them in an alphabetical order. The processing of the evaluation took a very long time than what I did expect. Also, after finalizing my report they did send me a tracking number via usps that it was mailed to the recipient. It was supposed to arrive in 16 dec 2020, but until today my credit evaluation report hasn’t arrived. When I send them my emails, they do not reply. I can’t contact usps, because I’m not the sender, it’s your job to follow up until the report has reached to its destination. If anyone of you working at IEE see this, I need my credit evaluation report delivered on time. Thank you

I needed an evaluation of degree equivalency for my immigration paperwork, and IEE staff members were extremely accessible and fast. I ordered a two-day service and it was totally worth it! I had three degrees to be evaluated - high school diploma, BA, and MA. They made sure to let me know via email that they received the transcripts and graduation certificates (I appreciated this a lot since I had my alma maters sens my certificates and transcripts directly to them). It was clear that they "read" my transcript and gave a tailored, individualized evaluation. Even in the holiday season, I was able to get a hard copy of the certificate of evaluation in a week.

Today is 12/23/2020, and I didn't receive my documents by mail. trucking number? 92055901755477000303443656 Also your chat- staff are not friendly, and disconnected 3 times in our conversation. What I received by email is in unregular format, and not acceptable for the CPA exam, before payment I asked your representative to check if it will be good for the purpose. What it's meaning: "Note that such evaluation reports remain provisional in nature and it is highly recommended that the client submit original documents within 6 months of the report date so that IEE may complete a final evaluation report based on original academic documents?" Does it mean that I should pay again for the original? Why are you starting with scanned documents, if it's not acceptable, and I paid in as for original. I eventually received my evaluation and was satisfied with it. However, it took me a long time and a bit of effort to receive it. After my university submitted my documents, I heard nothing for about 2 weeks until I called and realized that I had been given an old address that is no longer used. After my university re-submitted the documents to the right address, I heard nothing again for 3 weeks until I called and asked about it. Their customer support was helpful with locating the documents in their inbox, but I believe they may have never been looked at unless I had called to check on it.
The evaluation is faster than I expected. And I can always get help during this process!
I was dissatisfied and disappointed at the results of my evaluation. The evaluation report indicated that my Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Guyana was not equivalent to a US Bachelor of Laws degree, notwithstanding that on a prior separate occasion, the Board of Law Examiners for the State of New York has indicated that my LL.B degree was equivalent to a US JD degree. Once again, totally disappointed.

I had to wait almost a year for my university (St. Andrews, Scotland) to supply the needed documentation, under pandemic restrictions, but once everything was in IEE's hands things moved along quickly. If you had indicated at the outset that it is futile to make valid copies of your documentation, I might have ordered multiple copies in the first place. Overally, the form itself looks very professional and the assessment accurate.

Charging $20 for a PDF email seems a little much though given the other fees and how easy it is. IEE provides excellent services, quick responses, and user-friendly web pages. I also appreciate the fact that IEE tailors its services flexibly in response to COVID-19. One drawback I experienced is that I requested several times via email and telephone to return my original documents (PhD Diploma and Transcript) intact (no bending/no folding) because they are very valuable documents to me. The documents arrived in my mailbox bended because IEE shipped my documents in an envelop that is made of a light and bendable paper. I expected to receive the documents in a rigid and stay-flat envelop, which I used to ship them to IEE via post office (USPS Priority Mail-Flat Rate $7.75). The postal worker would have given it to a security guard at my apartment, instead of forcing it into my small mailbox if it were sent in a stay-flat envelop. I paid IEE twice the price of a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate ($15) for shipping them back to me, but it was in a bad condition (bended). I regret that this happened despite several requests I made to IEE in advance.

International Education Evaluation is very good. IEE is so quick and also does not charge much. All what I can say is IEE is the best evaluation institution, and I'll recommend to all my International students who want their transcripts to be evaluated.
