Unfortunately, i cannot recall the name of the woman who assisted me, however she called me a few minutes after i placed my order and clarified the instructions and made the process even easier than it already was. Very smooth, efficient and reliable service!
The services were good from the very first day I started the process. I had a few issues with my document because it was rejected at first but I did not get any evidence or proof that the document was not sealed so I don't know if the team were lying or whatever, but it was a bitter sweet experience. My sister is also going to use IEE for her evaluation so I hope her experience is very smooth than mine.

I needed a couple of pages from my academic history "just translated" and not a full evaluation of courses, equivalent US credit etc. IEE was flexible to understand the requirement and credited back my account as the fees for translation only services were lower. The report you send was a mearly translation of the high school in Ecuador, while we expect to have a more explanatory report such what level of mathematics we have learnbed in Ecuador (nor just mathematics 1.. what does it means comparing with US school program)
