I am very happy with their service. Although I chose "3 days without gurantee", they completed my evaluation in 3 days. Also as my university were providing free online qualification verification and they were able to use it, as I had a communication with them, they waived the 60$ processing fee. I only could provide them the scan copy of my degree but as they got all the information directly from my university website, they provided me the official evaluation document instead of provisional evaluation document without charging me extra. So, I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. They also have a very good cutomer service who are undestandable and helpful and tries to help you and resolve your concern although you might be on the line/chat for 2 hours. But it is totally worth it. Definately I will refer them to my friends and colleagues.

Not super duper impressed. Haven't got my original documents back yet and they needed a lot of help from me. They sent an obnoxious invoice, when in fact they owed me for providing a complete translation made by a better service.
The application is simple, the user interface is friendly and the processing time is incredibly fast. The waybill from USA to Nigeria was done within 4 days. Great Job

Excellent service and quick answer. Just the opposite experience with Wes, which is taking much longer as I applied there three months ago and they have not approved it yet. On the other hand, IEE took just two weeks to receive my transcripts and they analysed them in record time! Thanks so much for saving my life!

Very quick and effective. The team is very attentive and willing to help. It is obviously much too expensive, I am still unsure what justifies such a price for it can be an issue for international students, but overall I am satisfied with my experience.

Originally I went to another service provider, WES. It was a cat and mouse game and "noreply messages all the time. After they shunted me around for 5 months, I cancelled the whole porcess with them and restared the whole process. I was advised to use IIE- no looking back. Excellent communication, excellent and speedy service and delivery. A bit pricy for us with the R/$ exchange, but it was worth every RAND I paid. Thank you IEE! no comparison between these two service providers. IEE is excellent by FAR!

The service was cheap and very fast. I received my evaluation in less than 3 days.
The process went very fast and smooth, however some instructions were not quite clear for me (I did not realize at first that uploading the certificates by myself are not enough and the university has to send them as well. The email I received a did not state it clearly and I only figured it out after researching the website). Other than that everything was great.
