Good platform to review your documents especially if it's not urgent. I just wish their can be a section on the website where we can see the progress in real time. Like documents received rather than going back and forth with the email. Also when I uploaded my documents I did not see the uploaded documents on my dashboard. I am however, happy that I am able to communicate with them via email.

The service provided by IEE was excellent. I was uncertain of my exact needs but after a short phone call that set me on the right path. IEE was the only service that correctly transcribed the German grading scale in the US 4.0 grading scale. Job well done!

I specifically requested for my evaluation document to have a signature and a raised seal. I spoke with customer service and I put it in my notes on the order. This was not done, so the document cannot be used.

When they started my Education Evaluation process, I was thinking they are slow but when they finished, I knew they know what they were doing, because they took their time to gather facts, went to the my school archives to be sure I went through the school process and finished.
