Everything is excellent. Except for not delivering my report within 3 days. I paid additional fees for 3 days guarantee of completion. I wish they have informed me that it will be the next week that they will be able to complete it.

Using IEE for my International Education Evaluation was the best decision I ever made. Their service is excellent, and their customer support is outstanding. With my deadline approaching, I opted for their 3-day guarantee service, but to my surprise, my evaluation was ready the next day. In contrast, my experience with WES was terrible; their customer service was poor, and my evaluation was not ready even after two months. IEE truly came to the rescue.

The company is so fast and reliable
Unfortunately I thought the evaluation was based on age and grade equivalent. The evaluation should have been based on classes, subjects taken, and work load. I did not think the team took the time to evaluate the description of classes taken. For example this was my daughter's 5th year of French. She completed her first year of Secondary School. To say that her level of French was not at secondary level was quite frustrating.The PSHE class,And ICT class were at secondary level. Geography was required and passed. Unfortunately she has to take all of these classes again. The fact that she was required to take a 4 hour Cat4 and spend every weekend at school for 2-3 weeks studying to take the exam, should say she was very well prepared to enter into Secondary school. Then she passed first year of Secondary School. Not to receive 1 credit for any classes completed has been a disappointment and frustration. I will NOT be recommending IEE to any other Diplomatic families seeking credits for their children.

I am very happy with their service. Although I chose "3 days without gurantee", they completed my evaluation in 3 days. Also as my university were providing free online qualification verification and they were able to use it, as I had a communication with them, they waived the 60$ processing fee. I only could provide them the scan copy of my degree but as they got all the information directly from my university website, they provided me the official evaluation document instead of provisional evaluation document without charging me extra. So, I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. They also have a very good cutomer service who are undestandable and helpful and tries to help you and resolve your concern although you might be on the line/chat for 2 hours. But it is totally worth it. Definately I will refer them to my friends and colleagues.

Not super duper impressed. Haven't got my original documents back yet and they needed a lot of help from me. They sent an obnoxious invoice, when in fact they owed me for providing a complete translation made by a better service.
