The service was extremely quick and as expected. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Just one small suggestion, the initial call after ordering from US was kind of hard to understand as it was an international call. Maybe utilizing something like WhatsApp or Viber if the call is not clear by phone would be helpful.

This marks my first evaluation experience, and I can confidently state that other competitors offering similar service made evaluation look scary and none pocket friendly. However, with IEE, the process is as simple as instructing my school to email them my credentials and waiting for IEE to work their magic. Additionally, I appreciate IEE's WhatsApp live chat feature, which greatly facilitates communication and swiftly addresses any issues that arose.

The university which I’m applying to sent me a list of NACES approved centers. Out of all the institutions that I thoroughly verified, the IEE came on top of the list, a robust website, clear, communication, clear, evaluation process that can be ordered online and relatively cheaper to other institutions if you have a rush order like I did. I am very, very very impressed with IEE. The customer service is very responsive. I did get my report on time and so did my institution. Thank you IEE for a job well done !

I am very grateful for the professional and personalized serviced I experienced. I was in a particularly complicated situation because my degree was old and required a translation. I had contacted other evaluation services and it was impossible to talk to a person to discuss my individual needs. As soon as I submitted my materials to IEE, a representative called me to make sure I understood what I was requesting and I was able to make sure that they were aware of what I needed. The Evaluation and translation provided by I.E.E. were crucial for my credentials to be finally accepted by a University. The service was clear, professional, effective and quick.

IEE is one of the best evaluators with prompt response in reasonable price. Only my advice is to provide a free customer copy in all cases apart from a free transmission to a University that has exclusive electronic channel of transmission of Transcript.

I never received my diploma in the mail, it was probably lost by USPS. they could've assisted me by sending a new copy of the certificate as a good gesture. To note, my ORIGINAL diploma and transcript of records are included in the packet. Now, I need to do more work to request my diploma again from my home country.
They were quick, efficient and got the job done at a high standard. My evaluations were sent to each school in a timely manner before my application deadline, which I was really happy about. They also promptly replied to any emails i sent them.

I will give a 4 out of 5. The user experience interacting with the site till delivery was superb. The periodic updates via email allays all fears and shows IEE is responsive. I had thought the High School Transcript will be evaluated alongside the SSCE certificate. That was not very clear to me from the beginning. Otherwise it would have been a 5!

Worst costumer service. U have to call them just to contact me and update me regarding my institution. Left a message to a wrong school and insists that is my school I attended. Multiple people don’t communicate about my school.
I got my evaluations back unscathed and in a 100% perfect conditions. best Evaluators out there and its also on time in schedule as paid and promised.
After a lot of searching, IEE is the cheapest and fastest evaluation company. Their team is incredibly helpful and accurate, and they consistently follow up. I am happy to have the opportunity to know and deal with them.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I submitted my documents for evaluation, but the results were incomplete. When I emailed multiple times to request a full evaluation, they asked me to pay more. This company seems untrustworthy. Please be careful and avoid doing business with them. I paid over $300 and still haven't received what I was promised.
