Initially I went with a famous evaluation company who kept me waiting for 2.5 month and delayed my immigration case. Then I submitted my documents to IEE for evaluation. Fast reliable service, documents were handled with care and you can always easily order copies of your transcrips.
In my opinion the service was way more expensive than what I expected. In addition I suggest that BSC courses score should be separated from general classes score
