they gladly helped my with my issues and questions and where willing to assist me throught the process, and they delivered faster than the expected, the only issue i had is that apparently something was missing in the evaluation that the college i've sent to noticed but it seems to be just some markings.

Fast and good.
I would recommend using IEE. The online application is user friendly. The process of evaluating my credentials took less than 5 days. I shipped my original credentials for verification and were shipped back to me on time and in good shape. Do not hesitate to use IEE for your credential evaluation needs.
If I had the opition I would give 7 stars out of 5. Please continue to give me good service as with WES it was an absoulte nightmare as they took 3 months to process my transcript and I had a call every other day for 40 minutes on the line. Why I like MyIEE the employees are very professional and do not send you to caller to caller. The wait time for calling is low as it is very expensive to call from outside the US. Also I paided for 3 day processing and it took 2 days so great job to your team. God Bless. Keep up the good work. I will be doing an evalution again so please just give me the same service. I also recommed to my school consoulor which hopeful your business gained 500 customers as I am very popular in the school and she liked the service too. Thank you. Have a great day.
The process was seamless and did not require sharing any additional documents with sensitive information beyond what was needed for an accurate evaluation.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from your company. I sent my certificates for evaluation, but when they were returned to me, they were torn in some places and oddly folded, especially the wall certificate. This shows a complete lack of respect for people's hard-earned certificates and years of effort. The documents were returned creased and damaged, making them unfit to be displayed. I will not use your service again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The evaluation team did a big mistake doing my GPA I couldn’t reach the evaluation team , I explained my point on my GPA and how does my uni calculate it plus I attached one previous accridited evaluation by NASEC 3 years ago , they made my GOA 1.79 , other accredited agency made it 2.33 my uni says it’s 2.2-2.4 upon USA scale , I am redoing my evaluation with another accredited agency as well and they r doing it around 2.3 I am just wondering about ur evaluation team they can’t he’s us or discuss cuz we r talking logic how can someone graduate form engineering with less than 2.0 GPA no uni can do that Won’t comeback here again

Very Quick! Instructions online are very clear and easy to follow. I have a transcript available so I don’t need to contact my university in the Philipines. After they received my TOR, they already send my certification thru email in less than a week. In two weeks, I received the hard copy. Their hotline personnel is very accomodating!

IEE, an accredited education evaluation agency, has helped me get evaluated my PhD from Europe. Their service is so incredible and I am happy with the result. They have missed my study duration but, after I submitted further documents, they immediately corrected it and sent me the revised report. I recommend IEE for similar services.
So I paid for a service that I was denied and then the IEE used my funds incorrectly, further proceeding with denying to refund me, with customer service that was constantly unaware of what was going on with my documents. I'll avoid using the service further.

Unfortunately, i cannot recall the name of the woman who assisted me, however she called me a few minutes after i placed my order and clarified the instructions and made the process even easier than it already was. Very smooth, efficient and reliable service!
The services were good from the very first day I started the process. I had a few issues with my document because it was rejected at first but I did not get any evidence or proof that the document was not sealed so I don't know if the team were lying or whatever, but it was a bitter sweet experience. My sister is also going to use IEE for her evaluation so I hope her experience is very smooth than mine.

I needed a couple of pages from my academic history "just translated" and not a full evaluation of courses, equivalent US credit etc. IEE was flexible to understand the requirement and credited back my account as the fees for translation only services were lower.
