I really liked the customer service. One of my mentioned university didn't get the evaluation, and the problem was resolved very fast via chatting with the live representative. I calculated my GPA with iWES and GPA calculator of your website and both of them considered the 16 score in 20 scale as A grade. But after receiving evaluation you calculated my GPA in a different way and all of 16 scores were considered as B grade.
IEE offered great service to verify my qualifications, the process was very quick and efficient. I also found that IEE's offering was better than other credential verifiers, they offered better services at more affordable prices.

The whole process was satisfying. The point that caught my eye was their early responses to WhatsApp inquiries. Generally, you may face some difficulties during the online process, and you need someone to answer your questions ASAP. This happened to me when I had my diploma evaluated at IEE. You had a very quick turnaround but I don't think my GPA eval was particularly accurate. A 16.9 was graded as a B+ but a 17 as an A. I would look at how you are translating Scottish grades.

My school submitted my documents using their official email address, which is directly connected to the Iran Ministry of Education. However, I was disappointed to learn that these documents were not accepted solely because the email lacked a website link. It's important to note that the email address in question is part of the government system, and many schools, including mine, do not possess distinct websites. Consequently, I was compelled to send my documents via mail, incurring a significant cost. Unfortunately, this process caused me to miss the deadline for submission to the university. I am struggling to comprehend the rationale behind these stringent rules, especially considering that all of my documents were authentic and verified. Furthermore, my school promptly and efficiently transmitted the required information to your office. I found it perplexing that there was no information on your website indicating the necessity for a school to have an official website.
