For the same transcript, according to the evaluation by AACRAO in 2007 I had no ``D`` grade, but according to the new evaluation by IEE in 2024, most of the C`s are ``D``s in my transcript. STATEMENT OF EVALUATION IEE evaluations and assessments are based on the judgment of evaluators experienced in international education, a review of current literature, and documentation provided. We are members of NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services), AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers), TAICEP: The Association for International Credential Evaluation Professionals, and NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

I am extremely satisfied by the standard of your employees and by extension the organization. Regardless of the time and number of questions I had I was dealt with patiently. Once my transcripts were received I was alerted. The evaluation was done within a few days after the receipt of my documents.
It was a good experience.specially the customer service which helped me and clarified me with a small problem.
The overall experience was immensely satisfactory and the customer service was great; not only was the staff very cooperative in answering questions before the order was placed, but also afterwards, as they swiftly coordinated updates on my evaluation. The only constructive advice would be to convey a little more precision in requesting the documents required for a specific evaluation and defining how they would be considered official, (it is important for the customer to provide clarifications and adequately communicate as well). However, there was no real issue as IEE's prioritization of customer satisfaction allowed them to navigate those obstacles and provide a sufficient evaluation in less than 3 days!
I'm not satisfied with your process. It last too long and caused that I missed to get scholarship. Many times asked to upload my documents. I used your service because it is mentioned that at least 5 days my evaluation will be done but near 20 days just they asked me to send documents and some of my documents were uploaded by me at your website.
Low rating because it took more than a week to get the response. Website say 3 days and then it asks to pay extra money for guaranteed 3 day response. This is kind of misleading and annoying. These things should be clearly stated on the website.

It was very good experience. I appreciate your efforts as you completed the credit evaluation in the given bounded time. I would definitely recommend everyone. The only thing I didn't like is I found the fees high.
I received the evaluation of my master's credentials just in time. I commend IEE for its efficient and professional service. Its customer feedback system is functional giving me a chance to provide feedback after each query. I also got the original copies of my diploma and transcript in great condition. The rates of services are very reasonable.

Following up on my previous evaluation, I submitted additional documents for review on 5th Sep as I was not satisfied with the initial assessment. Unfortunately, it's been a week since I sent the documents and I'm still awaiting a response. I would appreciate an update on the status of my review and an estimated timeline for a decision. All services are excellent from customer support to service delivery. The only thing is that the website should update the notification feature when the application has problems or missing documents, it will be better for customers to learn clearly about stuck problems like my case.

For everyone who needs an evaluation or verification of their Transcript for military enlistment purposes, this is the best one! They did mine without hesitation for only three days. I tried a different agency at first but as I submit the payment and a scan copy of my transcript I received and email that they require the actual TOR to be submitted by my school. I was running out of time because it is so hard to request at my school so I tried to search and read reviews for most of the agencies and MyIEE is the best for my needs. I took the risk to pay again instead of waiting at the agency that I tried at first, and yes it’s done for only three days and honestly they are cheaper. Some evaluators require an actual transcript but MyIEE only requires Scanned Copies when it’s for Military enlistment or USCIS purposes.
