My experience with MyIEE was the most professional and technology powered service I have ever had. I don’t satisfy with your service because you discriminate according to the country of origin of document. You suppose to give services to everyone. You have received my original credentials directly from my intuition 3 times. However, you refuse to evaluate them because of a little issue in the sending method at the beginning. When they fix the issue and send them again the way you have requested them, you said you won’t evaluate my documents because they are not official documents. You put me on wait for 4months until you tell me you don’t accept documents from my country. Your service would be great if you didn’t use discrimination like method to finish my case. I can’t give you zero but I give you 1/5 stars.
They did the job well, their customer service is top notch. I recommend IEE for everything evaluation

I'm very impressed by the service provided by IEE. They processed my transcript within just two days as I requested. Additionally, when the school required my graduate certificate, which I hadn't submitted, IEE actively assisted me, and I truly appreciate that.

The service was extremely quick and as expected. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Just one small suggestion, the initial call after ordering from US was kind of hard to understand as it was an international call. Maybe utilizing something like WhatsApp or Viber if the call is not clear by phone would be helpful.

This marks my first evaluation experience, and I can confidently state that other competitors offering similar service made evaluation look scary and none pocket friendly. However, with IEE, the process is as simple as instructing my school to email them my credentials and waiting for IEE to work their magic. Additionally, I appreciate IEE's WhatsApp live chat feature, which greatly facilitates communication and swiftly addresses any issues that arose.
