This product is just broken. I have the videos to prove it. The company support is just bad. This is the kind of company that you can't not work with because the educational institution requires it. Therefore, they don't have to make their product good. Therefore, it will never be good.

I received IEE's evaluation on time. It's perfect. But the postal service is a headache(USPS). The evaluation courier must been delivered before couple of days but still it has not been delivered. The overall rating has been reduced because of the USPS.
