After extensive research for a reliable credential evaluation service, I chose IEE despite some mixed reviews online. My decision was based on a critical need for speed and professionalism, as I was working against a tight deadline. Before placing my order, I reached out to IEE's customer service via chat and received prompt, clear guidance on document submission and processing times. For this reason, I decided to give them a chance. Given my urgent need for a quick turnaround for visa and employment purposes, I opted for the 3-day guaranteed process. True to their word, after submitting my documents on January 17th (Wednesday), I was pleasantly surprised to receive the digital copy of the evaluation by January 19th (Friday). The physical copy followed shortly, reaching my employer's desk the next Monday. I must admit I had some initial reservations due to the varying online reviews, but my personal experience with IEE was exceptionally positive. The service was not only fast but also efficient. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend IEE to friends and colleagues in need of a dependable and rapid credential evaluation service. This of course is my personal experience, but I feel very satisfied with the service.

Expensive for no reason
Excellent service, instructions are easy to understand, the company communicates with me via email confirming every step of the process, and received the evaluation in a week. 100% recommended for your evaluations needs.

Thank you for considering my review. I really appreciate all of your efforts. Personally, I faced some challenges with my payment for the first time, being told that IEE has not received my payment($263). Then, one of the IEE’s agents told me that if they receive a second payment from me, they will issue a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet although I contacted my issuing bank, they didn’t issue the refund either. I am confused with where my money has gone as IEE says they haven’t received the first payment and my bank says that they have made the payment successfully. I hope I get my money ($263) back now that my second payment was successful and my evaluation is completed.

I did not know that I was required to first get my CSSD verification reports before the evaluation, but the people at IEE notified me about this and gave clear instructions. After got my CSSD reports, everything is fast!
