I received IEE's evaluation on time. It's perfect. But the postal service is a headache(USPS). The evaluation courier must been delivered before couple of days but still it has not been delivered. The overall rating has been reduced because of the USPS.

There is need to improve on portal tracking of orders. Users should also view the progress stages to avoid frequent confirmations via agents. Currently only Progress and Complete status are accessible. Users can not track any other stages in between. The 3 days turnaround time is magnificent. Keep up

The only advise is to improve communication transparency, e. g. I was unclear about the status and had to follow up - it felt like there are multiple people on your side that are not communicating with each other and asking me the same questions.
