The evaluation process with MyIEE has been quite smooth. Some of the steps were a bit confusing (the initial email and sign up process isn't super clear and it's easy to feel lost) but MyIEE support was very proactive and helped out throughout the process. I got my evaluation done within a few days of submission.

CJ Ronquillo is very helpful, I don't know what we would do without him. He helps with everything and helps us communicate between all departments. Recently there seems to be a lot more confusion with verifications. They seem to be more strict and check birthdates a lot more often which is often wrong for our clients from refugee camps. They also seem to have different requirements for some people from the same country, it does not seem consistent.
