Customer service via chat is lousy. I needed help with the process that I paid for and the person only asked me to read a link without giving me the help that I requested. They never helped me until I sent an email and there the attention was good.
Super efficient and they treat the people amazing. They know what they are doing.

I’m too upset. I sent my diplomas from Russia. After the evaluation it’s appeared that you can not send them back to me, to Russia. You work only with DHL and FedEx, and they do not work with Russia because of sanctions. But I sent my papers to you via Pony Express easily. Ok, I gave another address - to my sister in Armenia. On my own way I have to solve and deliver from Armenia to Russia. But I paid already for getting them back. And now again mails from IEE and DHL… strange mails, that they need some more information, or they won’t send my diplomas and they’ll come back to IEE, but no information what they need. I waste so much time and nerves only with a question of delivery. Please just send them back to me! Please!

They are faster than the other evaluation agencies and the price is right also compared to others. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge you a verification fee and then they don't really verify anything, you have to contact your university yourself so they send them the original transcripts. Although they waive the fee after they get the originals, I don't really understand why they have that option in the first place. Overall, I am happy with the results. I would recommend IEE to get your evaluations.
The service was perfect. While I was awaiting the examination council to send my transcript I was able to be contact with an IEE representative, who reassured me all is well and they were waiting on it as well. After receiving it I received my evaluation in 3 days without paying the three day guarantee! IEE is absolutely prefect.

I got my evaluation within a single day, and it was affordable. When I came to know that I need NACES evaluation of my credentials, I was a bit worried. It seemed to me that the evaluation procedure was time-consuming and costly. However, the IEE evaluation proves me wrong. Most important, their WhatsApp service helped me a lot in clearing my doubts and worries. By and large, I am satisfied with the service I have taken.

Just write: US EQUIVALENCY l Unaccredited Master of Arts degree in Community Psychology l Accredited Graduate certificate in Social and Community Psychology And obviously that doesn't change the reported result. It is equivalent to the combination of the conclusions of the first edition report and the second edition report.

Sorry, but early May IEE informed me that they had indeed evaluated my Advanced Level/High School Certificate; and sent the results to New York State University Maritime College via emails admissions@sunymaritime.edu AND rhowell@sunymatitime.edu. But it was NOT the case. As of today nothing has been receive by the College. This is despite the fact that I had already paid the evaluation fee. I am at a loss! Kindly, please find out and assist. Well,I will consistently applaud you for the swift response.However,you need to provide guidelines regarding the recipients an applicant may possibly name.I ignorantly asked you to send copies to my educational institutions under the yardstick of loyalty and to aid verification which was unwarranted after a second thought whilst payment had been done already.This could have saved me some funds if I had a fore-knowledge.Nevertheless,you are simply excellent in delivery, particularly when an individual is time-pressed and requires evaluation assistance.

I am deeply disappointed with IEE's mailing services, which nearly sabotaged my admission into a crucial graduate program. Their careless approach and negligence throughout the process left me in a state of distress and frustration. Due to IEE's carelessness, my documents reached the university office well past the deadline, jeopardizing my admission. I was forced to navigate a daunting process of proving that the delay was not my fault, causing immense stress and anxiety. Thankfully Fedex was of great help and my university were very understanding with the whole issue, please IEE. Look more into how you're mailing packages, as a small issue like not putting in the correct address almost costed me my opportunity to be a graduate student.
