The service is great but take a very long time. If you don't call you won't know what is happening with the process. I had to pay a speeding fee of 200 to get my evaluation on time. The customer service agent are very helpful though.

It was not possible to upload the documents in the platform, while it was saying that the documents were uploaded it was not saving them. I tried from different computers and browsers. The support was not helpful. After losing a lot of time, the documents were finally accepted via email. The only positive aspect was that after the documents were received, the evaluation happened in two days.
My case is tricky. I have neither 16 years of education nor 18. I have 17. My MBA was a 3-year program. I need to know if I'd still qualify as a bachelor or a master.

I evaluated my degree with IEE, I have a bachelor degree in Medicine from Afghanistan but they wrote doctor of Medicine instead of bachelor in my degree which is not acceptable for my desired university. Although I EE told me that they will contact with my desired university, they didn’t contact yet. I am waiting for more than one week, despite sending emails to IEE , they didn’t respond me yet. They just get your money then through you away.
It was a very nice experience with myIEE. I submitted my documents on Friday and got them on Tuesday with high evaluation accuracy. I would like to recommend this service to more people, and I would also refer my friends.

It was really fast and great, but there was a small mistake regarding my degree duration that was originally 2.5 years but stated in your evaluation 2 years. From the begining I requested for certain demand which agreed by the company but they didn’t do it. However, after my call again they fixed it.

Communication was prompt and clear throughout the whole process
A lot of miscommunications and I was charged almost $300 for a translation that was not necessary. It took two months to have everything done. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I suggest more organization.

Absolutely great service! The only reason I’m writing weeks after they provided service is because the school I applied to just received my evaluation from IEE. And it’s no fault to IEE but to the college itself as they are backlogged. Thank you IEE for great customer care ranging from answering all my questions thru chat, being available at the time I needed clarification, being understanding and informative. Hi David Haynes, I hope you are doing well. I believe that your business has several strengths, like being fast, providing customers with several options, and being convenient. However, I believe that in the case of Iran, where I studied, your criteria for evaluation are not fully correct. Most GPA calculators consider scores above 16 as A. To some extent, this could be true because, in Iran, we consider 16 to be a really good grade, especially for some courses it would be the highest score that one can get, but for my Bachelor's degree all 16 were considered as B, which reduced my GPA.
