I’m Disappointed ☹️ (rated 2/5) due to 1. I got over charged for a single transcript verification! When I get the extra money I paid back to my credit card then I will have better things to say. Please let me know what process I have t go through to get this money back. 2. I had to ask Moreland University to chase you to send me the provisional evaluation which I had also paid for so I could get enrolled in time. So, basically you were a source of stress! If only I could have been in touch with a member of your team. Problem is you’re not very accessible other than by phone maybe. Outside the US, the phone option is expensive (Especially when you’ve had the feeling of being swindled). So having an info e-mail would be good. There is a good thing though: you’re mail, shows some interest in fixing things. Let’s see if it’s genuine.

Why is it so expensive? It's literally just evaluating grades from one standard to another. 75% of the process should already be automated. It's beyond me that it's this expensive.

seems like i was sold same kind of report twice. there were 2 options there and i thought they were different reports. not a good experience.
They are very professional and I have received quickly the documents requested.
On Oct 17th I went to the office and filled out everything I needed. They scanned the document I needed translation for. The system said it will take 4-6 days to get the translated doc back. It wasn't until the 24th when I noticed an update on my account. I contacted IEE thru chat and whatsapp and didn't get much information. Over whatsapp they told me that the doc will be ready by nov 7th I told them that was not the agreement and that I was not happy. At the end I got the doc 10 days later. I'm gonna think twice before I use this company in the future

IEE is a very cooperative organisation better than the rest NACES members for sure. I was facing some trouble with my marksheets issued by my affiliated college in India , IEE had given me a lot of time to solve my problem, they have actively helped and cleared all my confusions , I was provided assistance with the help live chat in WhatsApp by IEE which actually helped me to clear many doubts and queries, overall I had a great experience using IEE for my international evaluation.

Fantastic customer service, especially responsive and helpful reps on chat. Great turnaround time, reasonable prices, appropriate evaluation of transcript (grades and GPA). Background info on Polish educational system is several years out of date (it moved from „6+3+3” year system to an „8+4” one many years ago). But overall solid.

Illogical interpretation of Irish grading system. Grading rubric equating a 1% grade difference (70%-69%) as a 17.5% decrease in GPA (4.0-3.33). Grading rubric includes an A- (3.67 GPA), but was told that this grade was “impossible” to get using their own grading logic, even when attaining a grade 1% less than an A+! Will be using WES and recommending to all of my college peers to avoid IEE at all costs. WES was able to provide me with a fair and accurate report reflecting a much more fair interpretation of my grades. IEE has slow email reply times and long hold times. Held for 25 minutes for a supervisor to be told he wasn’t available. 0/5 star experience will actively advocate against the use of this service.

Overall I'm satisfied with the process especially due to possibility to ask questions via WhatsApp. One negative comment regarding the price (to decrease a little :)) because it was not an official evaluation on a copied of documents but thanks again for that opportunity!
