My experience with IEE is not impressive. In the course of my application, I was asked to upload my certificates of which if I ignored, I wouldn't be able to proceed to the next task. Reluctantly, I uploaded the certificates. After receiving acknowledgement message for my application, I made it clear in my response that the major documents that I wanted evaluated are my transcripts which were still under processing in my formerinstitutions. I further indicated it in my reply that as soon as my transcripts are ready, they would be forwarded via email or posting. In the subsequent messages, we both agreed that the evaluation process would be stopped pending the arrival of transcripts. Shockingly, I suddenly received a message reading that the evaluation process of my documents had been completed when my transcripts have not been received for evaluation. Since then, I have been lodging complaints, and no impressive response has been received from the evaluation team. Hopefully, my transcripts will be ready for posting or emailing to IEE next week.

Unfortunately my experience with the Institute was disappointing. I sent my degree in physics and in good condition via mail to the Institute for its respective evaluation in an envelope to protect the document and they returned it to me (I don't know if it was to reduce costs) in a cheap, damaged and torn paper envelope. I contacted the Institute a month ago with photos of the damaged title and to date I have not received any response.
I'm satisfied with the service received from your front and back office teams. Especially, your front office team members are very much available round the clock including over the weekends too which is really appreciated and they were very supporitive too. I have got the responses on majority of my queries at an quick TAT. Just wanted to let you know that I had received my shipment reg # original documents. Thank you again!!!

Time efficiency
I’m very satisfied with IEE service especially comparing with WES, which is unresponsive and wasted my time, everything was slow there, communication, doc processing, evaluation, refund… IEE responded my emails promptly and was in a professional manner with clear instructions (no need to wait several workdays and receive a “nothing we can do” thing). Also, IEE is much faster and cheaper than others. I would recommend IEE to everyone who needs evaluation particularly during the hectic application period every year.
