It almost took a month o finish my evaluations because nobody told me that the translation team didn't have my documents only the evaluation team, if I didn't ask I wouldn't realize what was taking so long, but after that it was fast process

The evaluation was quick and very professional.
The review was poorly done because my master's degree transcript was sent from my school to IEE using an official email but IEE commented on the evaluation that I submitted a scanned copy which I don't even have. It is so sad, not sure if that will affect my admission outcome.
To my astonishment the result came very fast, and the process was very easy as well.

During the process of evaluating my documents, all questions were answered accurately and quickly, and the work was done as soon as possible. The very positive point of this institution is its quick and online response.
I sent them an MD( medical doctor) degree diploma and transcripts( I am from Iran) and they have evaluated it as an undergraduate degree! I think it is really offensive , I am a medical doctor snd they say it is undergraduate degree, I asked them to write the evaluation as A, A-, B, B- and … but they have only included A,B,C,D . their evaluations are worst
You suppose to contact my university to request my certification but instead you contact me to contact my university and request my certification. And the university refused to send me anything unless it’s I have an official request and I am living in USA very far away from my university so i had to contact my friends to go to the university and I paid 100$ so they can send it in addition to the 160 for the your office fees

I am frustrated by the way you have written up the order. University of Oxford does not do credits and GPA- your write up does not indicate that you have verified that it is a first class degree. Your standard write up implies that an organization can get a more full report than I ordered. There is not a more full report- you should explain that in your certification. I don't have your full report because Oxford's system does not work like other Universities. As an international company- your report should indicate that the verification of the degree is the full verification. Your report make s a point of saying that there will need to be a more thorough report if it is to be fully certified. But, as I am sure you are aware, an Oxford degree does not include credits or a GPA so no more "thorough" report is possible. Please indicate on my certification that no further action is required and that you verify fully the degree and its authenticity.
Excellent service, all my emails were answered right away once my paperwork from the University was received. The evaluation was sent by email and my documents were mailed in less than a week.
Terrible service. I paid for rush delivery with extra fees and no one contacted me for a week and didn't deliver the evaluation on time.i had to contact you everyday and still there was no followup. I was going to miss my deadline for application simply because of your incompetence and lack of consideration. It took more than 2 weeks for the final product after daily calls to your customer centre. Your teams don't care at all about the work and are exploiting the students mentally by putting them in situations where they miss applying for a full year because you cannot communicate or followup for services that you are paid exorbitantly for. I will never ever recommend you to any student and make sure to tell everyone I know never to use IEE

Hi there, I'd like to thank for translating, evaluating and sending documents to the agreed destinations. It was received in time and done very professional - overall i'm happy with the expirience and service received. I'd like to mention a few things that could have been considered as a constructive feedback: - Initially navigating in the website was not intuitive, with multiple options to answer number of key questions. For that reason had to interact with two agents via chat and a few more via email. - Multiple agent comments created misunderstanding about which way to go and raised questions instead of answers. - At first I saved my application after the first session, but next time i had to revisit almost everything and update multiple fields because it didn't save. - I was almost charged extra (requested by mistake i guess) for document translation while it was already payed via the website. - the services overall are not cheap, but i respect the nature of the supply and demand. - I needed my original documents back and it was not easy to request the shipping back, the only option was available 65 USD - I'd say it is steep. I had an issue with my display name on the evaluation. My name is unconventional from American standards as it comprises of a prefix (American equivalent to first name) then my actual given name (American middle name) and finally my last name or family name. So when signing up for the account, I entered my name as Abdullah Khan, omitting the prefix "Muhammad", thinking that it would be of no consequence and that my name on the evaluation will be picked from my official documents instead, but that wasn't the case. Now I am supposed to pay $50 for this correction. Other than that, their service was brilliant, with a timely delivery and a very responsive staff.
