Out of the blue, I gave myIEE a try to alleviate some distress and feel that I’ve had options, and I did my bit. Got to say it exemplified both speed and accuracy. Interestingly, the GPA calculator here on the website matched what I received in the end. That said, it's worth noting that, following the Aussie grading system, GPA conversions don't seem too straightforward. Can’t fully capture how challenging it is to achieve high scores, which aren't always 90+ but still represent the upper end of the spectrum, particularly in tough majors. So though I can't fully comment on the 'relative accuracy' of these conversions, I appreciated the outcome was likely the most realistic. Whenever I checked the status, all I saw was 'in progress.' After reaching out, I just said that the official transcript is sent and they cited that they're just waiting for the evaluation process to start. This may have been due to opting for their two-business-day service, so perhaps that was understood by default. Everything moved so fast it’s hard to gauge. For peace of mind, I went the extra mile and shelled out $100 for their guaranteed two-business-day service (paid in the afternoon of the 18th), and by Friday night, everything was done! Also, the WhatsApp chat feature is a ripper addition to their support. Looking back, I probably threw away $100! My deadline isn’t until October 1st, and considering it was only September 20th, I could’ve proceeded with their three-business-day unguaranteed option. No middleman service or unnecessary complications. Plus, I sent access right away through an official, digital method for transcripts. If you don't have such options available, I'd recommend getting your university email it quick! Goodluck y’all.

Worst services ever, it took me almost 4 months. A lot of miscommunication from EEI. Difficult to get hold of the verification team, they won’t answer for at least 4 days. The service I received was poor/ un efficient, won’t recommend this service at all.

Positive Experience with IEE Evaluation After experiencing an eight-week delay with WES regarding my evaluation, with no resolution in sight, I decided to seek out another evaluator. A friend recommended IEE, and I’m glad I reached out to them. Connecting with someone on the phone was straightforward, and I didn't have to endure long wait times. They clearly explained the evaluation process, and I registered immediately. To my satisfaction, I received my evaluation in just four days, prompting me to cancel my request with WES. I did not understand and feel like the evaluation for my bachelors degree was not done objectively. An upper second degree class could not even reach 3.0 GPA which I think was not reflective of the performance on the transcript from the issuing school.
