Although I encountered many difficulties and troubles in the process of education certification, fortunately, the staff of IEE was very good in the service attitude on the whole, and finally my report was issued smoothly. Although the evaluation result did not meet my expectations, I finally got the result.

We used IEE to transfer my daughter's transcripts from Stockholm Sweden, to SCF in Bradenton, Florida. IEE accomplshed the evaluation and transfer via e-portal within a few days. Communication, non existent, asked for transcript to be sent by university when you had the original transcript in your possession, refused to elaborate or respond at all when queried. After months of calls and emails I finally got through to the cancellation email address, seems to be the only one that is staffed. Absolute joke of a service in my experience.

The process was smooth!
This was a very frustrating process as I had couriered the transcript, in an upopened, sealed envelope, necessary and then to be told that it was not acceptable even though in the instructions it stated transcript from high school OR transcript from Ministry of Education. I then had to get the one from the Ministry of Education, taking longer for the process to be completed, as well, I ended up paying an extra amount of money for it to be completed quickly because I had to wait so long.
The process was seamless and the customers service was a top notch.
MyIEE was recommended to me by the university where I was applying for an adjunct job, along with another agency. I chose MyIEE because it allowed me to use the original copies of my documents without needing my school to send them directly. This convenience made it the better option for me. I had my post-bachelor's credentials evaluated, which included two master's degrees and a doctorate. My two master's degrees were from the Middle East, and my doctorate was from another country. Since the documents didn't arrive at the MyIEE office at the same time, the evaluation couldn't start immediately. However, once all the required documents were in, the guaranteed three-day evaluation was completed ahead of schedule, and I received my results right away just one day before the deadline on my job requirements completion. My degrees got the following USA equivalency: Master of Arts in Educational Administration Master of Arts in Modern Languages Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration I made a right choice of having my credentials evaluated by MyIEE because I was hired on my job. My original documents were also returned without any damage. I paid USD361.34 and it was all worth it!

My only issue with the evaluation, is that for my specific University, D's and E's are classified as F1 and F2, while an F is F3. When my courses were evaluated, they didn't take into account the numbered grade but only the Lettered grade. So all my "D's" and "E's" were all considered as F's and my GPA was significantly brought down. But otherwise the evaluation was really good.
One of the worst evaluation center they are there for money only. They don't help you through the process. It is not easy when they are not even willing to send an email to the university to ask for the information they are looking for after my transcript submitted.

I thought that in 3-4 days the evaluation was going to be done…but it took more than a week. In the other side,the evaluation was very well done,so in that side good. I chat many times and seemed to me that personal that replies to the chat doesn’t know many technical questions. I would give a 8/10 .I really thought that in four days everything was going to be done…and took the double of time.

I had a very disappointing experience with MyIEE (Order #1632327176). My evaluation process started on January 13, 2025, and was only completed on February 4, 2025—an excessively long wait time. Additionally, MyIEE made a critical mistake in my evaluation. As I clearly stated in my previous communication, I was admitted in 2018 as a master's student in an integrated master's and PhD program, which totals five years for the PhD. However, their evaluation incorrectly indicates only two years, which is a major discrepancy. To make matters worse, IEE support mentioned that it require an additional payment to correct their own mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I expected professionalism and accuracy, but instead, I encountered delays and errors that could have serious consequences for my academic and professional future. I would not recommend MyIEE to anyone who needs a reliable and fair evaluation service.
