After submitting my order, I recieved confirmation phone call, where spesialist explayned details for me and my future options for official evaluation of my degree. and although it may take 2-3 days for my order to be completed according to the terms, i recieved my evaluation next day! I'm very pleased.
Very poor evaluation. I am totally upset with the evaluation department as they never accepted my simple requests. I will never ever recommend IEE to any of my friends.
I was literally itching to give a review. I enjoyed every bit of your service, I had easy access to help whenever I needed one. I haven't seen an organization so great at what they do. Thank you! I am definitely recommending IEE to anyone I know who needs an evaluation.
The *****WORST**** customer service I have ever seen... You send your documents to this institution and you regret every penny of it. I had paid $320 for bachelor's and master's evaluation, but changed my mind when sending the documents and only send master's. They never contacted me about the extra money I had paid for bachelors, so I contacted them and had to go through 10 emails(all saying I will follow up with the admins!), and 5 customer service reps to explain that I had paid extra. Guess what! After waiting THREE weeks, I was able to get a refund. After a few weeks, I tried to add bachelor's since I was applying for a different job, and they wanted to charge me another $119 for something that should have been $65. When I was on the phone explaining about the extra payment in first transaction, I specifically asked the lady how much it would be for bachelor's if I decide to do that later? She told me $50 + shipping = $65. But now they are charging me $119. So to this institution, you have to pay $390 to get the bare minimum of master's and bachelor's evaluation. DO NOT use this institution for god's sake. They don't care about customers. There are so many other institutions out there. I prefer to pay $119 for my bachelor's to another institution and receive excellent customer service. Theirs is BS. There is no such thing defined for them as CUSTOMER SERVICE...

This was my first experience with IEE for my college admission in the United States for the Graduate program from India. I liked their service a lot. One good thing about them is their prompt response from the customer support team over chat. They had managed to answer every query of mine many times. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to evaluate their education credentials worldwide. I did mine from India and their reporting was good, timely and accurate though it is a bit expensive but worth it.

Great explanation before the application
It was an awful experience! Given we were expecting you to finish the process within 3-5 days and send the documents to the university. Although you let us know that you finished the process but the university never received the documents after 17 days from the beginning of the process and his application is rejected due to the missing material

Firstly, I would say I found the myIEE support team to be very helpful and resourceful particularly with regards to when my previous institution sent my official transcript to IEE before I even placed an order for evaluation. I spoke with one of myIEE's support staff and was impressed on how quickly my concern was addressed. Secondly, I wasn't particularly impressed with the result of the evaluation done. Before placing an order, I used the myIEE GPA calculator to get the US equivalent of my GPA and found it to be slightly higher (.15 higher) than the one done by IEE. Perhaps there could be reasons for that but I was a bit surprised. Overall, the IEE service was top notch and I would willingly recommend anyone to use this service.

I paid for the expedited services and Noone contacted me to let me know about the translation, i was waiting for 2 weeks to receive this document that i needed with urgency. I never got refunded for that amount, I will not recommend this company.

I had great experience with IEE. I received an email after submitting my application to confirm the purpose of my credential evaluation so they can process the application in time. Recommended.
Although the process and website were user-friendly. However, after the evaluation, there was no clarification as to whether anything else was expected of me. For example, do I need to visit my current university and ask them to mail the official documents to IEE? If this issue had not been encountered, I would have rated the service of IEE as excellent.

IEE has an excellent service. I got my evaluation exactly in 3 days and that's commendable, given that I had a narrow timeline to submit my applications. Also, they did the evaluation with great precision and my scores could not be any better than what I got from IEE. I am totally DISAPPOINTED with IEE. They provided me with incorrect information which caused me to select 2 different options.I paid for both. When the situation was brought to their attention, they refused to correctly reimburse me for services not received. Totally disappointed. Would not recommend. They stole my money.

I have issued my transcripts evaluation with low Gpa when compared to my friends from the same university got better Gpa than me with low marks and I do have No backlogs through out my academics and would request you re evaluate my Transcripts and by the Gpa you issued me I couldn’t reach my eligibility for my masters
My experience with MyIEE was smart and fast. Everything was done completely online. I highly recommend MyIEE. It's a bit of a pity that my doctor degree was evaluated as Doctor of Education, not as PhD in Education which is most relevant to me.
