The team was timely in their evaluation. I appreciated the prompt and helpful responses. The website is user-friendly but kept resetting as I was creating an order, and it wasn't clear that the order was saved so I started over. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I got an equivalency from the portal and I notice that you didn't consider my master's and gave me an equivalency of my bachelor's only. Please reconsider your re-evaluation and gave me a new evaluation after evaluating my all documents. For reference, I attached my both Master's Degree and Transcript here.

Hi, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to provide the feedback. The website works as intended and easy to understand. The contact staff to whom I interacted was a bit rude and didn't pass the message to the evaluating team. The interaction and communication is not clear on emails.

I am pleased with the review process, initially I was a little bit worried to mail my original documents because they were the only copies I had, but the IEE costumer service assuaged my concerns. They evaluate my document and respond to my revision request both promptly and efficiently. The original document also came back intact shortly after evaluation as they had promised. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service provided by IEE inc.

I personally had a good experience and I received my copy on time. The university did not received their yet. I do not understand if it's the University problem or if it hasn't been sent correctly. I hope we can solve the problem soon
