The Evaluation was timely but should have been specific with the mode of transcript submission if email from school is unaccepted. And I think regular update should be given if a transcript is recieved so that we can have an idea of the stage of the process. Cos I ended up spending alot on travels to my school to request transcript submission

I was truly impressed by the attention and customer support IEE provided. I needed an expedited evaluation for employment, and IEE delivered a thorough evaluation in approximately three business days after all my transcripts were received. Even with the expedited service, IEE was about half the price than other evaluation agencies. Customer care was always a quick email or phone call away and I could track the status of my evaluation through my customer profile.
I had a few issues before my evaluation was completed. I was told that I would be informed when my papers had reached the office and that never happened. Any time I tried to ask questions on the website about my order, the associate did not have any idea how to help me and it was frustrating as the customer. If I ever need to use this type of service again, I would not use this company as I did not have a good experience.
