I love the fact that as soon as the site comes up you can talk with someone in the chat. The service was really good, I spoke with one agent and she was really knowledgeable, plus, plus for. My transcript was evaluated really quickly which was awesome. Love everything about IEE, woukd definitely recommend to others. Keep up the good job!!!
I think different people respond to various enquires made by email, thus the responses may not be clear or may be confusing at times.

IEE has a great customer service . They do the same services of education evaluations but much faster and easier process compare to other organizations.
The process was frustrating at times. I had difficulties with my first scratch card. However, I will say the team was supportive for the most part. My only feedback is to show more compassion in chat connection. I felt one representative kept repeating the same thing over without checking my account in great detail. The email I received from another representative is what encouraged me to continue using the service. Nevertheless, I thank IEE for their professional services. The cost is very high but I am happy with my results.
Great customer service and good communication. I cleared all my doubts before sending my documents and their response was prompt and evaluations were quick. Since I paid 2 times for shipping(one prepaid shipping label was also sent by me),they were honest enough to tell me so and convert that into an email copy of my evaluation.Good service.

Honestly besides the online customer service staff who were so nice and helpful, I am extremely disappointed in this service and regret the money I paid for such insufficient service. Luckily I was the first of my group of friends who wanted to use this website and this service and thus was able to tell them about my experience so they could use another website and not this one. For further evaluations of my coming scores and full program transcripts, I decided to go with another organization within the NACES eventhrough I'd have to pay the full price. Overall, I thank the nice online customer service staff who listened and guided me, but I regret every penny spent in this website and all the lost resources, and hence would never recommend this to anyone.

This was my first experience with IEE and I must say they provide amazing services. I was thrilled by the answers to my questions through the chat box and the quick service they provided with evaluating and delivering my order. When I first emailed your staff about the process of transcript evaluations and sending copies, they explained to me that I have to pay a one time order fee and then I can send additional copies of that order for 20$. Now, I want to send more copies and they tell me that I need to `` re-open`` an order for 50$ then I can send more copies. No one explained to me that I would have to ``re-open`` an order if I wanted to send more copies of digital files, for which I already paid more than 400$, over free emails.

Very poor evaluation and wrong language translation . I am totally upset with the evaluation department as they never accepted my simple requests. I will never ever recommend IEE to any of my friends/colleagues. Translation of my degree was wrong and I tried to contact company several times and no one gave any satisfactory response. I was told that someone from the company will correct the translation of my document and will contact me regarding the same but it has been more than a week for more than a week without any response. You can not ask for the refund even if there is no service provided to you what you paid for. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

They have processed several evaluations for us. Always on time, very reasonable, and quick to answer any questions I have. Whenever I am processing a visa petition in a time crunch, I never worry about IEE coming through.

CANADIAN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION BEWARE!! I recently used IEE to evaluate my Canadian transcript with the goal of transferring credits to a US bachelor program. After a few weeks and spending close to $300, in my evaluation report, IEE assigned the majority of my classes with extremely low credits (given me 0.60 credits for most of my classes) so now I can’t even transfer any of my college classes to the bachelor program. This was not the first time I had gotten my transcript evaluated, in fact a few years ago I went with a different evaluation company and they had given me way higher credits for the SAME classes that IEE had to evaluate. IEE assigned most of my classes to 0.60 credits while the company I used in the past gave me 3 credits for the same exact classes. I honestly don’t understand how IEE goes about their evaluations and they clearly don’t know anything about Canadian equivalency. Please beware. If I had known this I would have opted for a different company.

Customer service as far as the on line chat when you visit the website is superb! I’ve visited the website a few times with questions regarding my request. Each of the customer service person I chatted on line were helpful and accurate on their replies. It’s like there’s always someone there to help you with your questions. The service turn around time was quick. I originally ordered a provisional report, sent my request snd scanned documents and I received the result the next day. I just ordered a revision report, mailed my original transcript and diploma today. I requested a rush order for extra fee, so I’m hoping to get the results back soon!

Hello, I hope you are fine. Definitely, IEE is one of the best organizations for document evaluation. But, as you may know, I am from Iran and we have economical problems in this day and age and the costs are more than our abilities. I have paid about 100 USD and you have released a result for my university, but it is not an official version and your colleague told me that I have to pay an additional 50 USD to release the official version and I am not able to pay it unfortunately. Your staff needs to be trained on the process for accepting the high school transcripts/documents. You cant expect Cambridge board to send you my transcripts. They only send it to high schools and it is the responsibility of the high school to send it to the universities or other organizations. I lost about 4 weeks because of the delay in your office accepting the high school transcripts and this delay may possibly affect my admission chances. As CEO, you please read the emails that my school counselor had sent to your office.
