I highly recommend IEE; they did a great job translating and evaluating my international High School Diploma. They are very responsive and efficient; the website is self-explanatory, easy to process the request and pay online, and on-time completion. We experience little bet delaying in last report but service overall satisfied.
The evaluation was complete and professional, and I liked how the school system in Guatemala was described so clearly. Most of all, I am thankful that IEE has an electronic evaluation option; the other services I checked did not have this option, and Guatemala shut down the postal mail service years ago, making it difficult for Guatemalans to send out mail internationally. The price was also cheaper than all the other services, which I appreciate since my family is going through financial struggle. I hope you never close down the electronic option. Countries like Guatemala need it.

I had generally positive experience with the quality of service. The website could be still more user-friendly, esp. with the document management area
My report wasn't accepted so I'm not sure it was worth paying for the expedited option. For whatever reason, it appeared to be encrypted and I couldn't even attach it with my application package. I tried multiple times and saving it different ways, but it kept being rejected, saying it was password protected (it wasn't).

Infact IEE is the best among the rest. My transcript evaluation took less than a day though I requested for standard for five days. I was able to beat my application deadline because of IEE. I strongly recommend this institution to everyone who want his transcript evaluated either for immigration, further studies, employment etc. I am very pleased and impressed for good work done

The quality of the work was great ( I ordered a translation and an evaluation). The pricing is reasonable when it comes to evaluations but for fast shippings and extra copies it is a bit costly. The only negative I have noted is the timing. My document took 3 weeks to complete instead of 5 days.

This place don’t take care foreign degrees with respect. No university will open in Africa without having recognizing by the regional accreditation.
Chat was easy to use. Call center staff were nice, but lacked knowledge of processes. Emailing staff was a bit confusing on who has handling which part of my order and getting an email response sometimes took a long time. Suggestions: 1. Have all pertaining information on type of services offered and any special rules for IEE posted on website in places where customers can easily access to avoid calling or emailing. 2. Allow call center staff with more responsibilities to give them the power to handle a call with more assertiveness. 3. Create a status queue similar to that of Spantran's status check online feature.
IEE offers great customer service and very easy to get hold of. They seems to work with your needs.
Two weeks ago I completed my foreign educational evaluation with IEE and their service is very reliable and great customer support and promptly completed the review process within 3 to 4 days and sent my original certificates and evaluated certificates sent to provided address. I appreciated again the IEE team.
My college hasn't received the evaluated transcripts.......

I was not happy with the way my credentials were evaluated. My school is an accredited university but IEE deemed it “uncredited “ to their standards versus USA ECFMG standards. I live in the USA, looking for a job in the USA but credentials were evaluated to a region outside the USA. That makes no sense to me. I will not be sending friends here.
