The service was provided very fast, with no delays. The quality of service is not exactly what was expected. The hours were calculated wrongly, which caused wrong degree qualification. IEE didn’t take into account bachelor degree which was already obtained and the submitted diploma was already additional Masters degree, which IEE qualified as Bachelor. Very disappointed with service and professionalism. Will need to engage with other service providers
When other evaluator is able to evaluate my degree equivalent to us degree I wonder why you are unable to do so , I have passed my degree in 1st division from a a+ naac accreditation university. I hope you consider this point next time ..

My Experience with IEE has been tremendously positive from start to finish. The team at IEE are extremely helpful, including the quick live chat - they respond to every query and question immediately/ 24 hours daily. Besides receiving an excellent equivalency report at an affordable rate, compare to competitors I have been kept in the loop through the entire process. I could not believe the turnaround time at the evaluations department, and how easy it was to liaise via email, even though we had a 7-hour time difference. In the initial process to request the evaluation, it wasnt clear about what needed to be done. I was under the impression that it was okay to all be done online. But once I had paid for it then I was emailed and advised that I need to mail my original copies to the offices. I wish that was made clear in the beginning before making payment because there wasnt really much more I could do at that point. The turn around time was good, but I did pay extra for it.

My first-time experience with IEE was a very pleasant one. From the online chat representatives to the Academic Records team, they were all extremely patient and helpful when I ran into some delays getting my transcript to them. I am satisfied with your services from the moment you received my transcript. I also appreciate that you pointed out that engaging your services to obtain my transcript from the issuing university may take between two weeks to six months. You could have collected my $100 and say later that the issuing institution failed to deliver on time; instead, you were upfront. I appreciate that. However, I advise you to let students know when issuing institutions fail to deliver transcripts. In my case I sat back, believing you had the transcript and it took the prompt from the receiving institution to make me realize that was not the case. Overall, I can say you work fast and that’s great. Thank you. I had some issues with my college’s email address verification, but it was only the fault of poor educational system of Tajikistan. If there is any way to make it easier for students to submit their transcripts, look at that.
