i have done credit evaluation for bridgewater state university...but they are not accepting IEE report though it is a NACES member. pleae help in this

Thanks to its chat program, I was able to talk to IEE staff easily. It was very convenient. Also, I requested the evaluation few days before the deadline, but the process was very quick!

I struggled for days to get past the first stage. Spike with over half a dozen support staff too. I was left frustrated as the next button had an overlap with the support widget and would not click. Plus I was seeing an amount on checkout for almost a day.

The MyIEE team were available and helpful during all the process. My international Evaluation was correctly and rapidly completed. I have absolutely nothing to complain.
It was great overall. Though, I had to call multiple times to get status updates which was a bit annoying. Another thing was that even though the timeframe said it was going to take a certain amount of days for my evaluation and translation of my certificates to be complete, it ended up taking longer and I had to call customer service just to push them to hurry up the process since the timeframe for processing was past. But overall, I am happy that I got my certificates evaluated and translated.
