For the amount of information MyIEE did a great job at certifying and sending my documents and keeping me updated along the way
As a native Spanish speaker who just needed an “official” translated document that wasn't done by myself, the evaluation was “ok.” The layout could have been much better, even resembling the original document itself. Having the original doc in landscape mode and providing a translation in portrait made it seem disorganized.

As I mentioned in my last call and email sent, I would like to request a refund of the service. I was contacted 10 days after my order to let me know you needed an extra payment or the certified translations. 10 days after my order meaning this company is not complying with what it says on the website. It has been a non pleasant experience at all do business with you and therefore I won't be able to recommend this company at all.

I really liked their online chat that quickly connected me to a live person whenever I had questions. I was worried that my transcript had not been properly sent to them. I chatted with one of their team members and a few days later everything was straightened out. My evaluation was sent to my employer with no issues.
I was offered a great service. communications was shaky in the beginning but it got much better afterwards. I had my transcript evaluated at a speed of light.
I reached out with a concern and they were able to resolve it immediately. Everyone was very pleasant and prompt to answering any questions I have had.

The process is fast, it only takes a few days to receive my evaluation. I ordered an extra paper-translation service, then I found it was no need. So I asked IEE to cancel the service, and they checked and refunded my money soon.

The worst service on the appraisal market. I did the first evaluation, sent the data of the second, after 3 days they claimed not to have received everything, and I sent everything through the site, is practically 8 days and nothing to deliver. Now the attendant asks for 200 dollars to be able to expedite. Terrible this company

Hello, I was hesitant about writing a review because I didn't want to seem harsh. Before writing about my opinion I want to thank you for the service you have provided. I am a bit unsatisfied with you because of the price of your service. I am an international Ph.D. student and I don't know if you are aware or not, but the salary of international students is very VERY low. I was expecting an option for a lower price for low-income students and yet I didn't find anything and had to pay almost $90 for this service. I wish that there was an option to receive a discount as I'm sure you were one day a student and understand how hard it is specifically nowadays with this huge inflation rate.
