They tried their best to help. Customer service always available. But we can’t talk to verification department which slows down things. We can only email them or go through other administrators

Review concerns FRANCE. The translation and education evaluation was of the French BAC diploma and the Lycée grade report. The translator translated MENTION BIEN as WITH DISTINCTION GOOD rather than with High Honours. Imagine, I received MENTION ASSEZ BIEN and they translate it as WITH DISTINCTION GOOD ENOUGH. After a back and forth the Translation was changed to reflect the distinction of HIGH HONOURS in a way that I found satisfying. They refused to include my distinction on my Education Evaluation which I still don't fully understand. They wanted me to pay more money to have it included after the fact.

Needing a credential report for my master’s degree application at LibertyUniversity in the USA, I saw MyIEE as one of the recommended organizations to use. The reports online were mixed but I went ahead with MyIEE and the whole process from start to finish has exceeded expectations and I did not encounter any of the issues flagged in reviews. From the start of the application, it was clear what was needed and what the next steps were, and the automatic communication and notifications via email and the app kept me updated. The whole process took just 2-3 weeks in total, and way quicker than the 2-3 months that I was expecting from reading reviews in deference evaluation organizations. Would highly recommend MyIEE based on my experience, couldn't fault anything.

I ordered my transcripts to be evaluated by IEE and my experience has been an absolute nightmare. A month later I am still waiting for my application to be processed because the institution I had it sent to has not received them. I now had to PAY AGAIN to have them sent to me via email (a $50 email I might add) so I can fix this mistake and handle it myself. This was a waste of time and money…thank you IEE for unreasonably taking more money away from a new teacher.

Working with IEE to evaluate my transcripts from India was quick and easy. I mailed my transcripts and after they received my original degree and transcripts, it took less than 3 days to complete my evaluation. Thank you very much for this quick turnaround time as it was critical for my education background check for employment. All the representatives were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Errors found in translations documents. My own name was wrong (dont even need to be translated). Probably more errors not found yet in the document. Terrible customer service, providing no response in the help email and suggesting to contact other “direct email” (instead of fw or contacting the proper person, as if they were different companies). When help was requested to the new email, no response was provided in days.
The IEE team is very efficient and I appreciate their communication skils.

The website says 3-5 business days starting when you receive all the paperwork. In my experience, it took almost a week for IEE to notify me that you needed another document sent from my university. And after this 3 more days to get my official transcripts. I think you could first check if you have all the documents so you can notify people from the beginning.
It was a very quick process and I loved the IEE team. They answered all my questions and made sure I am satisfied at each step.

Four other places did review and gave me an evaluation very close to the Copen University, in the UK. Your was like an outlier---way off.

Requested the evaluation service from IEE for the Business degree outside of the states. The evaluator can not even tell the length of the program at the evaluated institute and the enrollment requirement for the Business degree program at the evaluated institute. Additional supporting documents are sent to the evaluator without any constructive feedback and insisted on the assumption that half of the courses completed at the evaluated institute are high-school level courses which absolutely has no basis. Also when making payment for the evaluation service, the web portal kept asking for the payment without any confirmation and then made payment 8 times over the required amount. Extremely disappointed with the evaluation service and in my opinion the evaluation service from IEE deserves no star if there is such an option.
IEE does evaluations really fast, the quality is great, and customer service is superb.
