Honestly, at first I didn’t know who to trust and based on the reviews and the companies reliability, I’ve chosen IEE and I couldn’t chose better. I did pay for the express service and it’s well worth it. I got my diploma evaluated a day after they received it and sent back I believe 1 or two days later. System faults are there but very supportive via email. I was not able to update receiver but sorted with email
I really like the 24/7 chat available, they could answer every question I had! Being available 27/7 is amazing because I was dealing with other companies that I had to wait for a day to get my answers. I am also very happy with the result - 7 pages of course to course detailed evaluation (I can compare since I had some other company experience). On the website I have noticed some good feedback along with a bad ones -that tells me they are honest and not filtering to make them look good!

I am overall content with the evaluation from IEE, then again my institution did not offer me an alternative so I had no choice. The staff are very responsive and quick, in turn-around of documents and emails. I was impressed. The grade calculations are proprietary and individual so IEE's GPA calculations and class conversions may not accurately reflect your standing or achievements, as was in my case where their odd way of calculating caused me to drop from a 3.0 to a 2.7, a disappointment. So keep that in mind. They were accommodating in adding something I needed, though a bit reserved and snarky. Overall, a fine experience. I'd recommend but with hesitancy and caution.
the first time getting an evaluation, the whole team make sure that I was getting all the information I need in time with enough details and even advised me with better solutions, I was updated frequently with my evaluation status and delivered even before the 3 days working days that I was expecting. it was easy to work on the website and there was enough explanation and instruction for every step

The fee was good. But, it took about 10 days to evaluate. I uploaded all the translated and original document at first on the website. But they kept sending me email for asking the same document I had uploaded before!!

You need to include the order invoice/receipt on the portal or at least send it to us after payment. It should have the company name and the order details.

There was one issue with me,which could be because of misunderstanding, I have ordered evaluation of 2 documents which are bachelor and credential course by course evaluation. What I have received is bachelor evaluation only. The credentials course by course evaluation is mandatory for my application for a job With my best regards for you and your team
I am very dissatisfied with the service. The evaluation was not done properly. I do not care much for what my GPA becomes but more of if the evaluation was done properly or not. I fedl like I wasted money on this service and the service did not do enough research into swedish academic system to do the evaluation. Is seems the company only looked into swedish high school and not swedish university. I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone now or in the future.
IEE did a great job, very efficient. Though I submitted the document during Thanksgiving, I got the response and evaluation very fast and I am really pleased with this service.

The timing was great, but the content was awful. From the 26 credits plus 6 credits of thesis that I passed in my Master's, only 14 units were counted in the evaluation. I am not talking about course-by-course evaluation, I am talking about the total passed credits that has been mentioned in the evaluation! I contacted your firm and explained the problem, but you answered me with a template without addressing the issue!
