I initially engaged WES. 5 weeks of back and forth and being told there were different requirements, unresponsive, unhelpful etc. What I required was not complicated. Frustrated, I went to the NACES website to seek out an alternative organization to help me. I contacted IEE. The individual on the chat was incredibly helpful. asked several questions before advising me what documentation was required. (Which turned out was less documentation than WES required.) In my case, I was able to upload the documentation. I requested a 24-hour evaluation and received an emailed evaluation within 2 hours and the original was sent by courier a few days later. I wish I had used IEE from the beginning - it would have avoided me wasting 5 weeks with WES. Thank you IEE!
IEE reply fast and exactly goes to the point. Anyway, the result sent to the institutional college is slow. I was informed that my evaluation completed on Jun 7 but till Jun 15 my college informed me that they have not received the evaluation.

I have tried to reach out somebody but the answer i got from the representative of this company is “IEE is not responsible if the state denied the documents” I doubt if my papers is even being evaluated. Here’s some part of the email I received from from the Laboratory field services, California 06/15/2022 =We have received a foreign transcript, it is not acceptable. We require an evaluation report. Non-U.S. transcripts must be evaluated by "Current Members" of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), or "Endorsed Members" of the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE). This allows LFS to determine if your education is equivalent to a U.S. education. Have the evaluation service send an evaluation of your educational institution and academic courses directly to LFS in a sealed envelope to the address below to the attention of the Phlebotomy Program.
I had a lot of questions and I had to change some details. All call centre staff were very patient, helpful and supportive. They helped me find the best solution for my problems. I'm also impressed with how efficient and quick the evaluation process is. Highly recommend.

It took nearly two months to get this project completed. There were numerous issues and no communication from iee. I tried chat, email, telephone and heard a different story every time. I was so frustrated. The actual translation was fine, but I submitted the request on April 25th and received the documents on June 13th. It was a lot of work on my part.

Fast and efficient service. The only wish is that they must give at least two reports with the original payment. And charge extra from the third. The official report goes straight to the organization, I do not have a report myself
I have paid 50 dollars extra to get evaluation in 3 days but you have taken time for 10 days to give evaluation report. Could please give me back my 50 dollars
Overall experience was good. Couple of suggestions: 1. An email can be sent when the evaluation reaches the destination university. Right now I have no idea whether Georgia Tech received my IEE evaluation. 2. Mention only good quality third parties on your website. I had a terrible experience with MailTranscipts (I have sent a separate email describing my experience).
You can trust to IEE. I sent my all original documents to them and they sent me back without problem. The process was fast. Thank you so much for help me in that process.

The evaluation process was smooth and fine, though the website seemed to be lagging in a bad way - that I was able to see the source code of it upon some entries. This may put off some customers, because the website appears to be insecure.
I Wonder why students use WES, when IEE is stressless, fast and cost effective, just 5days and my evaluation was ready.

I had a Rush delivery request submitted before the Memorial Day weekend for US Equivalency evaluation detailed report of my undergraduate degrees which takes 3 days. I thought the work will commence only on business days. However, I was pretty impressed with "myiee.org" Team service that they started processing my request over the weekend when I received a customer service call.
