Everything is fine. But the evaluated documents couldn't show up in the website, which makes organizations verify our documents difficult. Recently I have applied for iee evaluation and my collage wants to verify them whether they are official or not. They have asked my logins to check but there is no document available in the site, which makes my admission got rejected.
The representatives were very accommodating and patient and were able to give me clear instructions. Overall, I loved their professionalism. My evaluation was completed before the given time.

The GPA used is not correct! I obtained a Second Class(Upper) Division in Mechanical Engineering. We have ‘Core’ and ‘Elective’ Courses and I took more the required courses to graduate. Two(2) of those courses with ‘C’s’ are to be excluded and replaced with Heat and Mass Transfers. Also the units are not equally rated as you did. My GPA on graduation was ‘3.0’ for a Second Class(Upper) but you gave me lower!
My experience was extremely poor. Here are the reasons: 1.About the evaluator: The evaluator made two major errors. First, they incorrectly stated that I was awarded a master’s degree. Second, the evaluation report mentioned “admission requirement: Master’s degree.” After I informed the evaluator of these mistakes via email, they acknowledged the errors and sent me a corrected report. These two significant errors demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. 2.About the online support system: Every time I tried to contact IEE through the online chat on the website, I had to wait a long time for a representative to respond. Since it’s not feasible for me to constantly watch the screen, by the time a representative joined the chat, I was often no longer on the page. In consideration of this, I would always send my questions in advance, but the representative would still ask, “What is your question?” This suggests that your online support system doesn’t properly display messages sent to representatives and is highly inefficient. 3.Inaccessibility of the evaluator: It is impossible to reach the evaluator during the evaluation process; they can only be contacted via email after the evaluation is complete, and phone calls are never answered. Furthermore, once the evaluation is complete, the evaluator is very slow in responding to emails.

Hi, As far as I know and following your website instruction, people who request evaluation for immigration purposes have to apply for provisional evaluation. However, this type of evaluation is not suitable for this purpose. I know that you finally prepare an official one but it had caused me confusion. Anyway, all other things were perfect. Thank you

The process ended up being unnecessarily convoluted which lead to me not receiving my evaluation until the day of the submission deadline and the evaluation I received stated that my Bachelor of Science from a top tier university in Australia was significantly deficient the units required for equivalency to an American degree. I only found this out because of communicating with the admissions counselor at the university I was submitting to, I never even received the evaluation I paid for myself and so I have no idea how this verdict was reached. I will never use this service again.

Everything was smooth. Company is legit. Provide the document they ask and they will get the job done. Their fee is also affordable, compared to others. Their online portal is also easy to use. I did lots of research before deciding to use them. I have used them twice already. The first one was an initial evaluation, and the fee was not bad. After like two years, I needed a copy of the first evaluation be sent to an education institution, and that was done for a more lower fee than the first. I recommend IEE.
