The+work+for+evaluation+was+prompt.+However,+the+customer+services+did+not+pay+much+attention+for+any+request.+I+informed+them+immediately+when+my+issuing+institution+shipped+my+transcripts+to+IEE+saying+that+I+order+three+sets+of+transcripts,+please+use+one+set+for+evaluation+and+return+the+other+two+sets+once+it’s+done.+I+followed+up+couple+times+thereafter+with+same+request.+However,+no+one+really+took+care+of+my+request+and+turns+out,+they+opened+all+duplicate+transcripts+I+ordered!!!+And+asked+additional+shipping+fee+for+$15+for+sending+back+those+opened+transcripts.+

They gave me all informations needed prior to start reviewing my documents. Evaluation was done fast. I highly recommend IEE for out of country evaluation.
The translation had my last name wrong. I received a preliminary document and while I was checking it, minutes later the "final"was sent with that error. Fortunately it was corrected on the same day. Then I received a call to confirm if I wanted to send the documents to an institution which I wanted. I paid an additional fee for it and sent the email address with the original documents submitted. A week later I received my original documents back and a closed envelope with the translated course-by-course transcripts. It raised my suspicious when the university asked me for the transcripts and I told them MyIEE had already sent them. I called MyIEE to confirm and found out they did not send anything. If it weren't because I changed in the last minute the starting period to the next semester, the university would have rejected me for not submitting on time the transcripts. I paid extra for expedite process and for sending them by email. I could have saved the expedite shipping and the send by email if I knew they were not going to do what I paid for. The biggest risk is that I relied on them doing their part for me to be approved in a university and if I weren't confirming on the phone, all my money, which was not little, would have been lost and no university. I honestly thought they weren’t there anymore until I googled the company again and found out they had a different website from the email link they sent in my original purchase. I'm going to place a copy over email to me and it shows $21.13. This is really surprising for me. One copy should send to user without any charge to keep not to use any other university or purpose. The evaluation was done promptly as soon as the transcripts were received from the issuing institutions. I was also continuously updated on the progress of the evaluation at all times.

The best evaluation company in the United States. They always contact you to make sure that everything is correct, and if is there anything missing they would let you know and wait for you to submit. And they also do the best in their ability to help you gato get things done. I used WES in the past and they never contact back, neither corrected mistakes in my documentation that were made by their staff, WES is rude and DON’T care about you. This company will walk the extra mile to help you!!! 10 stars for IEE.

The evaluation process at International Education Evaluations is straightforward and without any delays. I am very satisfied.
The evaluation was good, but I paid an extra $50 to get a “guaranteed” 3 business days review. It came on the 4th in the late afternoon. I did not receive an apology or a refund of any kind, which is disappointing.
IEE is responsive to questions and requests by phone or via email. They make every effort to complete all requests in a timely manner to support service delivery. The platform is not too complex, nor is it difficult to navigate. Finaly, I appreciate the updates regarding what files have been recieved and which ones are lacking in order to complete the ordered service. IEE makes the education evaluation process straightforward.

I received an email about the completion of my order (evaluation of my degree). It has been mentioned that the report has been sent to me via email; however, I have not received the report yet. I sent an email to the costumer service but they have not replied yet.
