The MyIEE team were available and helpful during all the process. My international Evaluation was correctly and rapidly completed. I have absolutely nothing to complain.
It was great overall. Though, I had to call multiple times to get status updates which was a bit annoying. Another thing was that even though the timeframe said it was going to take a certain amount of days for my evaluation and translation of my certificates to be complete, it ended up taking longer and I had to call customer service just to push them to hurry up the process since the timeframe for processing was past. But overall, I am happy that I got my certificates evaluated and translated.

Very fast service
Significantly delayed and severely overpriced service (which almost caused me overshooting my application deadline). Unprofessional and sometimes rude outsourced customer support in the Philippines, with “staff” that can’t answer any questions and won’t bother to re-assure or do any other “customer related gesture”.. At the end, after twenty reminders got what I needed with an explanation of “we screwed up with our own procedures, but you know what - let’s make it all your fault since that’s how we feel”. Overall, it felt like that whole process was tailored to make young, inexperienced, and overly polite international applicants feel intimidated and forced to pay extras for “expedited service” in fears of missing out their deadlines. But that’s just my experience, nothing else.

Fast processing time & great service...
I am not that much happy with my order. There are several things I liked such as online chat options, and overall online service. However I dont liked several things, 1) I made correction request of my BS year, which I found even after several requests stayed unnoticed, and 2) I send my original document, and mentioned that in chat, but again it was stayed unnoticed, and evaluation was done based on online documents. Later when I noticed that, and asked to update my evaluation I was asked to make a revision request which costs extra money. It was eventually solved, but I have to make several attempts for that.

This is a great evaluation service, the process is so easy to do, the customer service are always online and ready to help if need arises. I got my evaluation done in just three days. I was really impressed, would recommend this service to anyone looking to do their transcript evaluation. Also, in comparison to other evaluation service, this was the cheapest.

I've never written a review like this before, but there's a first time for everything.. I have sent two evaluation orders to IEE. The first one was great, all on time. The Second, ongoing order, is a COMPLETE DISASTER! As if the first one was only a performance. I wish I never submitted the second. They made me miss my university deadline! My university sent the transcript 8 DAYS ago. I received no emails. The first time I contacted support, they said they did receive the document from my uni. The Second time I contacted support (since they were taking too long to simply verify they received it) they said they didn't receive anything from my uni! Then they said, ''oh yes we got it, but we can't accept it. Please send another official scanned copy of the transcript'' Well I'm very grateful you just realized that just now. Completely unprofessional. Customer support is clueless, and will just give you pre-prepared responses. A piece of advice from a fellow student, go make your evaluations somewhere else!

Dear David, You asked me to write something about my credential evaluations. I have some concerns if you address them I will be thankful: When I joined ICMA Pakistan some times back in 2002 the eligibility criteria on that time was two years graduation to get admission in ICMA Pakistan and ICMA Pakistan itself has 3 1/2 years to complete certification in year 2002. So my total education was 17 1/2 years but you awarded me BS in Accounting and Finance which is 16 years qualification. Here, in my view I deserve Master degree. Can you please elaborate,?
