The actual evaluation process was simple and quick, with the expected results. It is very helpful to be able to get a provisional evaluation with unofficial transcripts, and then to request a free revision when the official transcripts arrive. Additionally, I appreciated that IEE contacted me (once over email and once over the phone) when they received my transcripts. However, the process of getting those revisions was, for me, difficult, as my credit card was not accepted and the paypal payment option only sometimes worked. There annoyance of this system leads me to take a star off, but the rest of the process was easy.
IEE was very quick in getting my transcripts evaluated. The process was also pretty simple with me sending my documents to them, and getting my report within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend, 10/10 service.

In the UPSP, it is stated that the document has been delivered but I have not received it.
The response is good but your site is not accessible not able go to site in majority of situations. Need to improve site performance and UI. I recommend to Barbetsoft.com to improve site and make it interactive with users.

Overall experience was good. I have two observations: 1) Paid some $450 dollars and forgot to send a self-stamped envelope to get my documents back. Great service overall. However, in as much as education records and communication is done between candidates institution and IEE, I think the applicant must be included (copied) in all communication. This keeps applicant well informed about the progress of their application and eliminates the feeling of uncertainty.

I have experience getting evaluations done from another evaluation body as well but my experience with IEE has been extremely satisfying primarily due to the fact that IEE's team is more approachable, helpful, and responsible. I would always recommend IEE for credential evaluation.
