Very unhappy with your services. Your evaluation reports arent widely accepted. I lost 250$.
Fast Service and punctual. Delivered as promised. I uploaded my degree and part transcript and they were processed and delivered 2 days later, one day earlier than promised. I was 98% satisfied. The missing 2% is because the upload does not allow for more than one transcript document. They should allow for up to 2-3 uploads for the degree and transcripts because some institutions present their material differently. I would recommend this service to my friends and also let them know that they should have their documents professionally translated into English if they are in a foreign language.

Quick, nice and reasonable fees compared to other agencies
Buggy website, but customer service came through once I had it escalated. Front-level agents are unfamiliar with the process and speak in loops. The evaluation isn't as good as other NACES sources. I will likely end up using another one who gave my MBA a equivalent to RA when IEE called it a graduate certificate. WES gave me an equivalent.
Provided evaluation service was completed safely and the information desk by chatting system was very quickly response and correct. It was very good.

First of all, I chose IEE as my evaluator because of their webpage. It was so easy to use and easy to understand how their evaluation process works, what are the document requirements based on your Country, what the fees are, and the fact that you can ask questions using their virtual chat helped me a lot. I highly recomment IEE, it took less than 10 days to receive my documents back with my evaluation and copies of it on my mail, and they were always informing me of the status of my process! The only thing I don’t recommend is selecting USPS as your mail service to receive your evaluation, they damaged the envelope containing my documents when placing it inside my mailbox, I they could have left it at my door.
They were very prompt and willing to cooperate. Moreover, they explained the procedure in detail and notified me along the way about every progress.
