Prompt although I had to upload few files late
The language spoken in Finland is "Finnish", not "Finish". Students receive an "Ylioppilastutkintotodistus", not "Ylioppilastutskintotodistus". I believe Finnish grade 9 is supposed to translate into an A-. My evaluation does not match the right grades. My certificate would have qualified me into Finland's #1 university. My opinion MyIEE is giving the best service compared to all other services, and the cost of evaluation is low, and the time taken for the giving of the evaluation report is also less. If you don't want to have any roadblocks in your evaluation report, then go for this.

The actual evaluation process was simple and quick, with the expected results. It is very helpful to be able to get a provisional evaluation with unofficial transcripts, and then to request a free revision when the official transcripts arrive. Additionally, I appreciated that IEE contacted me (once over email and once over the phone) when they received my transcripts. However, the process of getting those revisions was, for me, difficult, as my credit card was not accepted and the paypal payment option only sometimes worked. There annoyance of this system leads me to take a star off, but the rest of the process was easy.
IEE was very quick in getting my transcripts evaluated. The process was also pretty simple with me sending my documents to them, and getting my report within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend, 10/10 service.

In the UPSP, it is stated that the document has been delivered but I have not received it.
The response is good but your site is not accessible not able go to site in majority of situations. Need to improve site performance and UI. I recommend to Barbetsoft.com to improve site and make it interactive with users.
