Best one day evaluation. I graduated in 1991 and to get the evaluation done in one day, was excellent. The staff did the good job, I submitted my originals at 9:30 am and by 4:00 pm the evaluation was ready. Really appreciate.

I like their customer-orientated support. Their web design is very user-friendly and they make sure students can talk to the support team and provide valuable suggestions, based on a case by case basis. I learned about this company from Harvard Extension School and used it for another purpose. I wish this company is the recommended company for all other centralized application systems. The only minor setback is the 5 days regular standard evaluation - which only counts started counting after several days you have submitted documents. For example, I submitted on Day 1, then they asked for more documents on Day 3, then I submitted on Day 4. But they only approve this document on Day 7, and then the evaluation was finished on Day 12. So if you are urgent, understand that this process could take at least 10 days.

If there is something to review or confirm before evaluation, I think to let you know something that you need in advance, before you send a mail of evaluation. Why you said nothing before sending mail. Aftter receiving mail from you, it was said that you need to get an original transcript, I did not feel good. It is not cheap, so I regretted to applied.

Hello David, My order hasn't been sent to Barry university yet despite my chats and mails to your representatives. I called the school today and I was told they haven't seen it. This service is poor. Pls I need a quick approach effect to this challenge. My Admission is been delayed because of the fact that my evaluation order has not been sent to Barry university.
Very responsive and helpful
It's nice to find an Agency that works fast on translating and evaluating my documents. It is also very nice that IEE has direct communication with the College I'm applying for, and that will make even faster the delivery of certified documentation to the School!
I needed to get the evaluation of my PhD degree for my green card application. IEE evaluated my degree in 10 days and I only needed to upload my photocopies of diploma and transcript. It was very efficient and fast service which I could save time.
IEE staff are very negligent. They said they haven’t received all my documents without checking my envelope completely. They left my some of my documents in envelope and said those documents are missing from my side. But I was sure I sent all required documents. They kept my application on hold for 1-week for their mistake and I lost admission in one university. I asked them to double check. They double checked and found documents then they evaluated. I was paniced since they’re my original documents. Very disappointing. I would request for refund for the loss but i haven’t.
This is like a scam service, when you go to your payment transaction, it shows a website of a whole different company, it keeps deleting the documents I uploaded, return the files 3 days late than promised without any questions, also marked my M.S from Université Paris Saclay degree as a 1-year length while I did it for 2 years as a B.S. degree. The person who does the evaluation has no knowledge about the French study system (grandes écoles) and she just did an exchange art degree in France, so she had no knowledge at all.

Had a great experience with the customer service. One of the best services for international evaluations and the cheapest too !! Would have been better if we could see the final result without paying extra 20 bucks.
I just want say , Be Careful be careful be careful , because only for fill the application they make me pay $75.00 . And they didn’t complete any job at all . In my case I send my original high diploma and my transcript from Cuba I have that with me all my life since 1991 ; and because they demand that my document has to be sealed from a government office in Cuba and i explained to them I don’t have it like that at this moment and I explained also how difficult 😞 for me is to get that Bec I don’t have family in Cuba .I have to cancel the application ; they make me pay $75 just for nothing done . I feel like this is a fraud. And they can’t not get people money just for a Application online and they don’t do the job because their rules .
Although you have made some mistakes in the first round of evaluation, you corrected them as soon as I mentioned them out. So, I did have a good experience here

Excellent service! Fast, professional, and great communication. They went above and beyond. Customer service is 10/10. They worked with me to meet a deadline. Thank you so so much for that. If you are in the market for a transcript or degree evaluation, just go with IEE, don’t waste your time, money and energy on some other company. Plus IEE is a member of NACES, which is usually a requirement of any institution or company asking for a transcript evaluation.

IEE is doing a great job in making evaluations process easier and affordable. However,I suggest they improve on their evaluation duration. It's stated that the standard evaluation takes 5 but mine took more than that. Please, stop discouraging people on this standard package by delaying their orders above the stipulated duration.
I had a few technical difficulties while filling out the form, and the help was not great although I was eventually able to complete all the fields required.

I did an Evaluation with WES but was not satisfied with the results as they didn’t include all my academical records on the report. And that led to the rejecting my school records and requested additional documents. After several efforts trying to get this resolved with WES as I spent as close to $500 for my evaluation and I cant never get a hold of anyone on the phone and emails take for ever for them to respond back, the school advised to use another Company. I was hesitant in trying IEE because of my experience but I finally decided to give it a try. Right off the start I was able to live chat with an agent and even hopped on a call at 1am on instructions as to what to get and how to go about finishing my application. Through out the whole process they kept in touch till they completed my evaluation. Now I have been accepted into the university that I wanted to further my studies and they were pretty impressed with all my college transcript as IEE was able to fully include all my course work. I definitely will advice everyone including my own family to use IEE from now on.

I contacted IEE regarding my PhD documents from Australia. They were quick, knowledgeable, responsive to my multiple inquires about the process etc. I would definitely recommend IEE and use their services in the future if needed.
I am going to the United States to study nursing, my transcript needs certification, so I chose MYIEE, her interface is very friendly, easy to operate, so I chose her at once. In the process of certification, I encountered a lot of trouble, because it was not easy for me to get a transcript that met the requirements from the school. I graduated more than ten years ago. At that time, our college had not implemented the credit system, which was necessary for certification. Therefore, after nearly a month of communication, I finally succeeded. In this process, the staff of MYIEE has been very patient and timely to respond to my emails, they are working almost 24/7, whenever I send an email, someone will reply. This is great for international students. Your work is excellent and professional. I wish you greater success and satisfies more people!
Review process was a hassle because of the documentation requirements but the team was very responsive and professional, had countless of emails and calls with them and it was reassuring to be getting frequent updates on the progress. Great job guys!
