I was trying to get everything together to get into the spring term at the school I was trying to apply for. The 5 business day process was kinda pushing it but IEE delivered better than I thought they would. I got my transcript evaluation sent to the schools on the third day! The process was also pretty easy compared to others. Customer service was also great! To make it short, I made it to admissions! Yay! Thanks IEE!

Excellent evaluation service I have ever received. I am an overseas student and it was my first time doing the evaluation. I was worried that it would take some time. It was quicker than expected. Their customer service was great. They have WhatsApp and they chat 27/7. They are flexible with delivery. They even called to make sure all my information was correct. They followed up even after sending my evaluation to ask if I needed anything or if everything was alright. I recommend you choose IEE, if you prefer an excellent service.
Excellent service
I had a great experience with IEE! The processing of my evaluation (and my translation request) was very fast (I got the results in less than a week). Also, the customer service was great and proactive. I accidentally entered a mistake in the online form, but the support called me to check whether this was intended and corrected the issue. The whole process was very smooth and I can only recommend IEE for education evaluations.

IEE wad prompt and very accommodating. I appreciate their excellent customer service.
Prompt evaluation service and responsive customer support chat. Email communication is also excellent and take great care in shipping back one’s precious documents. Gave them four stars and not five because, unlike other evaluation companies, they do not provide a free applicant’s copy. I was told later that one has to add oneself as a recipient and pay extra fee for that.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. POOR TRANSLATORS. NEVER ORDER THEIR NEXT DAY SERVICE. The translation I requested contained a BRUTAL mistake which I, having ordered the next day service, was not able to get rectified on time. They basically DESTROYED the meaning of one of my classes taken at a Spanish university, which was News Production, and called it Newsletters. I did not take a class in Newsletters, I took a class in News Production!!!! In addition, their process of grade validation is preposterous. Grades that in Spain are the equivalent of a C+ were made to B, and grades deemed A- and B+ turned to B. It makes NO SENSE that a class I get a poor grade in gets the same validation as one I get better grades in. The resulting GPA is therefore LOWER than what I know it to be. No Spaniard on earth would treat a 6.75 and an 8.5 out of 10 to be the same grade: B. If I fail to be admitted to where I applied, I am certain this company will have something to do with it. My fault for trusting their overnight service even though I didn't need it. I feel like a fool having paid them so much money for such a sad result. The only reason I give two stars is because they did deliver on time. However, this is a company you must be prepared to ARGUE with and NOT TRUST blindly. REVISE what they do before authorizing them to release your grades. Or better yet, use another company.

First time using their service and it is amazing. Their website makes everything clear and you can find what you need. I am trying to get a USCIS acceptable translation and my attorney said the translation which I got from them are perfect. What is more, they are doing it very efficiently, and they charge much less than other companies. I highly recommend them. Good luck!
