Had my South African High School certificate evaluated by IEE. Very quick turnaround time and was exactly what I'd requested.
I am writing this review for Foreign Medical Graduates who are seeking nonclinical work (teaching, research, pharma etc) in the USA. IEE evaluation is not fair for Foreign Medical graduates that have an MBBS degree. They will write remarks which will equate your hard-earned medical degree to a US 4 year college (difficult to get a job when the employer sees you as an undergrad). They will not consider house job as part of your education. They will not mention that you have studied to become a doctor of medicine. I sent them an email on these issues but their response is very generic. They have the same evaluation criteria for all foreign qualifications. They don't treat foreign qualifications on their merit. I think Foreign Medical Graduates should stick with WES. Although their evaluation methods are probably similar, the evaluation report is much better. WES will mention that you are a doctor of medicine and they will not write remarks equating you to a much lower basic degree. I went with IEE because they were really fast with their evaluation. In conclusion, if you are in a hurry, (and if you have other post-graduate diplomas and degrees in addition to the MBBS degree), you can get your evaluation done at IEE. They do write that you have the first professional degree in Medicine. I hope this helps someone.

the agency went above and beyond to help me with my request. They were super responsive to email and live chat inquiries. I had actually ordered the wrong thing for my needs but they helped me get exactly what I needed. My experience was excellent.
The process was smooth and stick to the 5 business days as mentioned. However I had a tough time to understand the policy around return of documents. It is not clearly mentioned on the website and chat representative told me that you will return the documents after evaluation and no self addressed envelopes are needed. But later I was asked to pay to return the documents because I did not include any return envelopes in my original package which I find confusing

The evaluation was sent to the receipts with an error on my date of birth that has made it impossible to match it with my records until it gets fixed.
I have to pay to get a PDF copy for myself. That should be free

IEE takes care of clients till the report was delivered to the institutions. 5 on 5 for that service. But in my case though it is a week since my report was delivered to the institution, they didn't check their IEE portal for the report till now. I think IEE can make some improvements so that the institutions check their portals and update the documents.
I had a very pleasant experience with IEE. I needed my university credentials evaluated, and unfortunately I first used a different evaluation company that was recommended by the institution that I'm applying to. It took that company 2 months to even respond back to me. With a deadline looming, I reached out to IEE to get my credentials evaluated, and boy they are very fast and efficient. They have simple requirements and are very professional and easy to reach for questions. I got my credentials evaluated in less than a week! Thanks IEE!

I received my documents on time. The quality of your paper is horrible. My official documents (diploma) did not print properly. The text of this official documents is cut. Not complete!!! I can not used it. We payed the big price for that. Shame on You! This is just stealing money and not be respectful of your clients and business. Just Unacceptable. I approached the IEE after sending my credentials to the WES and having stressful and frustrating times with the WES. IEE from the first stem to the last one and receiving my credentials was a wonderful experience. I talked with at least four people in their customer service, all of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I received my evaluation sooner than what I expected. In overall they helped me to decrease my stress of preparing my application. Thank you to them.

IEE provides a high-quality product. The documentation and evaluation deliverables are very good and produced in a timely fashion. Historical requests have been delivered quickly. The last request where I quickly realized I already had a high transcript processed was handled very poorly. I would rank IEE as one of the worse Customer Service experience I have ever experienced. On a total of 3 phone calls, I waited on-hold for Lily and/or a customer service person for a combined 90+ minutes. As a customer I was left with the perception that Lily purposely left me on-hold for an extended period of time. On multiple occasions, employees just hung up on me. This behavior is very unprofessional and rude. During my conversation with Lily she appears to "Lecture" me about customer service and website development and I should read the website. I have 30+ years in the IT industry and worked for fortune 500 companies so I understand the concept of customer service and web development. I have reached out to the various college I am working with right now in the Charlotte area and shared my experience with IEE and with my associates I work with in the IT industry. I am fine if Lily and IEE needs the $202 more than me. In summary- IEE gets an A+ for producing a quality produce and F- (minus) for customer service and customer satisfaction.

My schools have not received the copies that I have sent them and are still requesting them from me after several months. I have paid so much money and spent too much time on this. I wish I had used a different company at this point.
My experience with IEE was really supep and fast, the customer service support was highly outstanding, thanks to trained agent like ACE, CJ and delivery period for me was unbelievable. I got my evaluation a day after IEE receive my transcript from my institution. Please kindly device a means by which schools receive this evaluation on time and possibly keep your client abreast of this development, Cos there was a little delay in my case
Please be aware!! This company sent my evaluation to a wrong school address and asking me to pay extra 50$ for their mistake. They released my personal information to wrong institution and I will be contacting a lawyer for it.
