My main complaint is about your fees/prices. Not so much about the absolute amount, but the way you present them. In my case, I looked at your website, and I only saw a special price of $145, based on an agreement with SANS Institute. My evaluation was an employer reimbursed process and I made a MOU with my employer based on that amount (plus a small extra free for postal services, to send you the original documents). AFTER that I found out that there is “Verification fee” of $50, and at the end, an international shipping fee of $65 (you have only one, very expensive option for international shipping, US to Canada). Anecdotally, I only paid about $15 for sending you the documents). So, in the end, for a process that was supposed to be fully reimbursed by my employer, I ended up paying $110 out of my pocket. Please specify ALL the fees up front. Stefan S.

I am really happy that I got my evaluation really fast than I expected. The customer service/support team is doing great job in giving the information whatever we need.
I chose this company because their website indicated that academic transcripts could be sent to them, from me. This was not the case. When I asked for a refund, one of the people who I spoke to refused to give me the information I asked for. Nor would that person put me through to someone else.
IEE has great customer service representatives who did my evaluation timely and reliably. I am absolutely satisfied with their service.
The thing I was most impressed by and appreciative of is that the evaluation did not take long at all to complete.

IEE has great customer service and I really recommend using them for evaluation and translations as the are also fast in giving results.
I received so many emails between the time I started the process and when I paid for the credentials. It's too much. The paper came rather quickly, the translation offered is way too expensive compared to other translations online. I'd have liked to have the translation done by IEE but I chose rushtranslate instead because it was way cheaper.

When my team has unique project or needs to take care of a student evaluation, they are there to help quickly and affordably. In today's global economic climate, we also find evaluations to be a sticking point for many incoming international students. We have been able to direct our applicants to IEE for an affordable option that meets the schools requirements.
IEE had very good customer service that was willing to answer all of my questions and queries. They were quite fast and helped me with their evaluation to be able to get a raise at work. For anyone who wants quick and trouble free evaluations, I would suggest they use IEE!

The evaluation dropped my score, I was 3.61 and with the evaluation I became 3.33. I'm not satisfied with this evaluation!!!
I paid $60 for a translation of one page but IEE would not send translation to organization directly. They wanted me to pay for another service of $80 for that. Talk about taking advantage.

IEE offers quick process of evaluation with competitive price. Its website is clear, easy to navigate, and very nice chat support. My overall experience is pretty good. My first evaluation got a bit problem with a statement saying my program "was a research only program which contained no coursework". However, my program did actually require coursework. IEE revised my report very quickly after I request a revision, but they only took out "contained no coursework" and still left "research only program" in. Okay, my program was not research only because it did contain coursework. These two items are logically linked. How can a a successful revision leave one but remoev the other? I was tired of chase this down. The evaluators just need to be more careful, no mention that I submited my transcript twice to show my coursework in a non-research-only program. Still, I like their quick service.
I sent your evaluation to an american university with the translation of my degrees... They said to me: You studied for 3 years..and in your IEE report we can see 2 years !!.. I do not pay for a review because it was no my mistake.
