Everything went smooth and as expected.
IEE is a good and great evaluation body. I submitted my documents and got a review within the specified time interval. I highly recommend their response team. Their support team is there to provide 24/7 assistance.
While I appreciate the quality of the evaluation carried out for my international documents, I was very disappointment and frustrated with the customer service I received by this company. Initially, I had requested a translation of my documents alongside my evaluation; however, I only received the evaluation itself and had to call more than three times over a period of three business days to get an update and confirmation of my translation order. This occurred even after I had paid for a rush order, which meant that my evaluation + translation should've been completed within 5 business days. In the end, I received my translation at the start of the sixth business day after placing my order. This is a service that costs approximately $60 per page, and yet it would've been faster and less expensive for me to get my translation from another company and then send that alongside my educational documents to get an evaluation. Add to that the cost of an express order, and its clear that the value returned is not representative of the final price. I would also like to note that the customer service representative with whom I spoke with on multiple occasions was at times dismissive of my concerns, and even abruptly ended our conversation at one point while I was (politely) asking for a final confirmation of my order. This should've be addressed in order to provide a higher quality service for future customers who might be under a time crunch to received their documents.

I expected the service to take longer to deliver. In the end, they have been fast and effective. They tried to do as much as possible for my documents. This means trying to do more than what is necessary to have an acceptable evaluation.

your evaluation process is excellent and so quick, but when your are using original document returning please use proper mailing service, if you feel it costs you more then you can customer to provide return label with his choice, i know that pain when your original documents missing or unknown status

Sorry to say that this service was disappointing. The mailing label for my order was created but it only shipped out a whole week later. I wish that the service was faster and the information was more comprehensive and clear online.

IEE has the option of accepting scanned degrees, marks-sheets, etc. It makes their work to go swiftly. Just within 2 weeks of application, I received the complete credential reports on my home address in New Delhi through the dhl courier....!

IEE made multiple false assumptions without bothering to properly verify them which produced a totally inaccurate report.

Hey my evaluation was good but there was a typing error on my grades like my gpa is written correct but some of my credits have typing errors in them like for an A there should be 4 but I have 3 written ....

Hi David, thanks for your efforts but am not satisfied because you should have asked me to bring my original documents for authentication which are in my possession. I was expecting to a document with a confirmation from the university where I graduated including a certification giving me access to continue my studies.
